producing ` back woods ` cement - by hand is almost imposible - sorry - and certainly imposible to profuce in quantity

ypu could produce enougth cement to produce a bucket of motar - for a simple project like making a hearth / chimney for you new log cabin in a survival area

but the idea of producing enough for a poured concrete structure is simply unfeasible

simply heading limestone produces ` klinker concrete ` - which does set - but it is virtually unworkable

the clinker needs to be mixed with gypsum then REHEATED to produce a true portland cement that is both workable and strong

EDIT to add :

poured / cast concrete needs to cure - it takes 12 months pluss to acheive full strength

so you really need to plan - and build your shelter / bunker BEFORE you actually need it
