An old-fashioned treatment for bacterial infections which was once found in every Red Army soldier's kit bag is being touted as a new weapon against hospital superbug MRSA.

Along with the use of maggot's to help heal wounds (BBC Link ) and now this latest story i'm wondering just how many other illnesses could be cured/improved by going back and reviewing old technology/medicines? It seems to me that the modern day reliance on anti-biotics must surely come to and end soon as modern bug's and diseases become resistant to them?
