Unusual bright green light in Perth, Australia (pics)

I've heard that there is a major US military base in central Aussiland. Could this thing be industrial?

I think your talking about Pine Gap? not really clued up on the military bases n such in aus... but i dont think there are any near me? Though i could be wrong?

Ok kids!!! This is cool!!! If any of you are familiar at all with my claim to 3 such sightings in Ft.Laud FL......this is almost...almost what I saw!!!! I cannot believe someone else spotted it and got pics!! I'm not kidding!!!
Only what I saw wasn't as green green as that. More like a pale neon. The first pic streaking, that must be just as it left and the squiggly line in the second it just before it vanished wasn't it?

I think this might be just about what I saw...on THREE occasions in FL!!!

Look for the post on Green Teardrop. That's my accts I posted awhile back and have attempted to update or find other peeps with the same sighting.

thats right thats as it was moving then the other pics just before it vanished.. like it just went straight up into the atmosphere or something

Wow that's strange...yours went upwards and mine dropped.

But that part where it hooked around squiggly like is what I remember on bvanishing point! Wow! that's a similair sighting all the way over there. I knew I wasn't crazy. Well my one witness helps prove that but this....this is piece of mind!

well seeing as WAZZIT32 saw a similar phenomena in FL we can defiantly rule out it being the Aurora (southern lights). the only thing that seems logical is that it may be a military laser, even then the origin would have to be in the sky unless it was cloudy. maybe it is an secret air craft?

OK so it was 16th of may.. at around 7pm, it was getting dark but not quite yet... umm about 10 mins south of the CBD of perth... saw this thing that looked odd ran in got the cam and took the shots then was still taking the pics as it shot away.. Anything else?

To answer your question i'll paste my sightings from the "Green Teardrop" thread here. It is related I truely believe.

Event#1-FT.Laud\I-595\heading west. Yes of course, right near Ft.Laud-Hollywood Inter. Airport. I was riding in the passenger seat. I saw what looked like an airplane from far away. Nothing unusual except it appeared to be green, which I rationalized as tint from the car. After about 5 minutes I saw it just drop really fast! It kind of fizzled like a teardrop or firework. It disappeared before coming anywhere near land.

Event#2-FT.Laud\FlamingoRd. heading south. Again a passenger, i see it out the driver side window. I think it is inhis view but thought only I saw it. He saw I was fustrated and felt like I was going crazy when he admit he saw it also. Just to be sure he didn't just feel bad I asked, He describe it perfectly.These 2 events were within weeks of each other and around 1998-99, not sure.

Event#3-FT.Laud\I75N-This time really large scale as if to be closer, same exact thing. Superbowl Sunday 2006.

That is all to the best of my recolection but those pics....those pics....expecially how it left at the end...wow!...this is really similar....

Thanks. So, this green thing has been around for at least 8 years.

If it was military war plane, why they make it fluorescent green which is easily spotted. hmmmmmmmm of could it be a joke from military. "Ok guys, you want UFO and green, here we go".

What kind of lights did you parents see?

similar green lights were seen over brisbane, queensland around this time last year. witnesses reported a couple of sightings. one flew over and apparently crashed like a meteor over some mountains another were just some flashed in the sky. here is one article

Stan Deyo lived in Perth for many years, apparently doing anti grav research. I've heard rumours of an anti grav research facillity in WA for some years now.

It's a stretch I know. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

A friend of mine saw the green object in brisbane but his description was quite different more like a green meteor or fireball.

Hmm wheres abouts in Perth? How far north?

Now i made a post for my mother in another thread. She has seen your picture's and says its the same shade of green as the pbject she saw.

However she has asked me to ask you if the object's tail is due to camera shake or is it actually there ?

She said the object she saw had a tail like that on your last picture and it was fixed in position when the object moved.

She saw the object over Yorkshire UK and it was also dark around 4:30 in the morning.

No the tail wasnt as obvious as when i took the photo it was still there but i think the camera blurred it more or something... Sorry not sure of the technical term

No, not perth, a long way, about 1200 km at Exmouth. There has been sightings there but not a lot or frequent as far as I know. There was one report from an Aussie politician in 1970 I believe.

Hey but just a blink of the eye away for an ARV.

But honestly, looking at the photos alone I'd guess some sort of atmospheric anomaly, or are you saying the object leaving the trail was a geometric shape, that of a cylinder?

And green, quite a different colour from UFO seen from other parts of the world which mostly were metallic.

That looks like it was just drawn on to a picture of the city....
