Final Resolution to the Iranian problem

TO: General Carl Spaatz
Commanding General
United States Army Strategic Air Forces

1. The 509 Composite Group, 20th Air Force will
deliver its first special bomb as soon as weather will
permit visual bombing after about 3 April 2007 on one of the
targets: Tehran, Iran. To carry military and civilian scientific
personnel from theWar Department to observe and record the effects
of the explosion of the bomb, additional aircraft will accompany
the airplane carrying the bomb. The observing planes will
stay several miles distant from the point of impact of the
bomb.

2. Additional bombs will be delivered on the above
target as soon as made ready by the project staff at Pantex.
Further instructions will be issued concerning targets other than
those listed above.

3. Discussion of any and all information concerning
the use of the weapon against Iran is reserved to the
Secretary of War and the President of the United States.
No communiques on the subject or releases of information
will be issued by Commanders in the field without specific
prior authority. Any news stories will be sent to the War
Department for specific clearance.

4. The foregoing directive is issued to you by direction
and with the approval of the Secretary of War and of
the Chief of Staff, USA. It is desired that you personally
deliver one copy of this directive to General MacArthur and
one copy to Admiral Nimitz for their information.

How could the same General, Carl Spaatz, be in charge in 1945 and 2007?

Because someone edited the original letter to make people think we are going to nuke Iran...

Its a hoax.. as to who did it, who knows because its Annon.

Another dead giveaway is the memo mentions the "War Department" and the "Secretary of War". Not too mention the last paragraph says:

"It is desired that you personally deliver one copy of this directive to General MacArthur and one copy to Admiral Nimitz for their information."

A really piss poor hoax. They went to the trouble of changing the target, but neglected to change anything else.

To whomever the "anon" is, that was lame.

Yeah, and just in case you think it mighta been me, no chance. I rarely ever visit anon anymore, and just happened on that post. Figured I'd post it with that cool little "convert to thread" feature, which I don't believe I had tried yet. Nice to know it works.

As to the lamer, it seems I read something somewhere about the T&C still applying to anon, and seeing as the lamer just posted knowingly false info... Ban the geek!

Plus the Air Force is no longer part of the Army.

Just to add the the Spaatz comment on serving in the same position for about 60 years, he's also deceased as of July 14, 1974..

McCarthur and Nimitz have been dead for years as well.

Well yeah, that was obvious.. I was giving it benefit of the doubt that the names were being used as codenames.

But since the context is word for word the '45 letter.....

99% of the stuff posted on this website is BS, why would someone with even an ounce of intelligence or education believe that drivel? LOL!!!!!!!
