O.K first off evry1 knows that i dont think the guyn they have now is Saddam.

Now what if you were Saddam and lets just say you were caught.

What would u do or say to avoid charges brought against you??

First I'd demand to represent myself. (like all crazy people).

First motion would be for immediate trial in The Hague (no death penalty, more sympathy than in Iraqi sham courts of US).

Would writ request televised trial, alluding to the whole thing being staged or prone to US coverup.

And testify, testify, testify about how I was placed in power by the US, Bush's Dad and Ronzo were my buddies against Iran...

I would say I was cooperating with Inspectors. There are no WMD's. The War was illegal. Right to sovereignty. Yadda, yadda.

As for crimes against humanity (all of which were pre-war) I'd say, weren't illegal in my country. Only reason they are now, or that you even know is illegal war, search and siezure. Basically, screw with 'em.

I'd face the fact my regiem is over and there is nothing I could do about it. I understand that if I don't talk, there is a chance of torture to drive the answers outta me. So I should stop being a smartass and just answer there questions because I'm sure they'll find them sooner or later......

I would start out by saying that Yeah I gassed my own people. My daddy gassed me when I was 3, so I thought it made for great leaders. Then I would go on to say that all the people dies under the regime because Iraq has very bad poluution that causes rare infectious diseases to spread like rampant and that I was protecting my people by killing to to make sure that it didnt spread. The torture chambers, no no no, you got it all wrong, those were there for testing on the disease and it requires lots of torture for the blood cells to show the disease.

Lastly I would say that I love America, who could hate a country were you can get Scooby Doo underoos and walk around outside with them while drinking a Miller and eating a Philly Steak.
