The object was NOT a Russian rocket!!

And now the Russians have stated very loud and clear that the 'debris' / 'incoming rocket' was NOT one of theirs.


No where to hide now after that one people...so who is lying and who has the most to lose? Time some one coughed up with the truth...

NASA and NORAD identified the rocket as an SL-4 that had been used to launch France's COROT space telescope in December, and U.S. spacewatchers knew the rocket was coming down. There is no mystery behing the Space Debris. it was long tracked, well observed, and civilian spacewatchers had their eye on it.

Not a UFO. It was well identified and expected.

If this is the case .as it may well be....Then why are the Russians denying it?

Therein lies the real question perhaps.

If this was expected it would have been announced ahead of time. That is what they always do whenever there is to be space debris or meteors or comets. As we all know these space objects were not publicized ahead of time so they were probably not expected though the "expert liars" will all claim that they did now that it has happened. These characters are not too unlike the fortune tellers and so-called psychics who usually claim that they foresaw major events after they have occurred. You can't miss with "predictions" made after the predicted event has happened.

NASA has been caught in a lie with the information that has come out from Russia. Never believe anything NASA says. Those "expert liars" should be subjected to polygraph tests every time they come out with their contrived stories about the strange happenings that are taking place in the skies all over the globe.

I'm sorry what rocket are we speaking of again? I totally forgot than I can get back to a conclusion.

Yes I read the articles but I haven't found any pictures. Well according to such reports it is obvious there is someone lying about this phenonmenon. Most likely the United States Government.

They seem very concerned about finding the pieces. If rocket boosters are that spectacular when they re-enter, it seems like there would be more video floating around of such events. I think the US shot something down and some of the debris landed in the vicinity of the recent "avalanche" that closed a major highway in Colorado. Just my opinion.

That sounds very interesting causing an avalanche to close a highway so no one can witness one thing. Damn would they go so far? Probably yes, I'm sure they've done worse.

wow, yeah my dad kept talking about avalnches in colorado, he kept saying it over, id never seen him interested in such a 'common' subject. Its a leap that the object (whatever it was) but when i first saw it in my mind i thought 'its a shot-down spaceship!) i dunno, i dont believe in "coincidence." Im not saying im right, but i think this needs further discussion and debate. Good job guys!

I sure hope it WASN'T a shot down spaceship because if it was those spaceships may start shooting back. I seriously doubt that is what it was. It was most likely some natural space objects that hit our atmosphere. Maybe meteors or comet or asteroid or maybe some other celestial material entered and burned up and over Colorado.

It is amazing how easy it is for people to choose to believe that Aliens are involved, that no one knew about it beforehand, and that the Russians say it wasn't theirs. Did anyone actually read the article? It clearly states... "We do not rule out that pieces of the upper stage of the Soyuz-2 launch vehicle might have been registered in the atmosphere over U.S. territory" I guess no one read the article ..huh.

Yes, the Russians indeed state that it clearly could be part of their equipment. How did anyone get that wrong unless they had an agenda? Part of the equipment was dumped in the Pacific, but not all of it. The rest then orbited over the US and entered the atmosphere over Colorado. No surprise.

It was also clearly shown that the atmospheric entry WAS indeed predicted. A link to the information was posted above. The media never cares until it makes pretty lights over head. Had they bothered to do some thinking they could have alerted everyone to keep a look out for a cool show as space debris entered the atmosphere. NASA and NORAD are not lying to anyone about this. They, along with citizen spacewatchers knew it was going to occur and that is public knowledge. I guess since most of the public doesn't care much about Space exploration, when they suddenly see space debris break up on reentry, they jump to wild conclusions and proclaim Alien Cover-up?

Gee, didn't anyone hear about the massive snowfall that had been happening in Colorado? It shut the Airport down and was all over the news. So I guess then that an avalanche in Colorado would be somehow unusual after all that record breaking snow?

I too knew of this happen a day or two in advance. The thing about mainstream news media is they tend to neglect anything space related unless something they consider note worthy happens, be it something big or something bad. And usually report on it after the event has happened.

Thanks for posting that link IA. I had seen that before and posted it in another thread here that was similar to this topic.

Note the date of the post, note the trajectory of the debris is from North to South. It was rocket debris and nothing more...
