A New Political Party for America?

Over the past few years, after 9/11 the partisanship in America has been astounding. When you look at an issue, no matter where you stand you are expected to be on the Right side of things or the Left side of things. With a two party system you get one of two things, right or left, on an issue and nothing in between, the two sides rarely agree on topics. With the two party system you have two choices for president, you have two guys while trying to appeal to diferent peoples they are pretty much the same person. There are third parties, but usually they are far far right or way to far to the left, yet polls show many Americans are right down the center, not claiming any political party as a favorite. More and more are people pledging allegiance to their party then their country, no wonder Americans have such low expectations and ratings for their congress and senate. I think there should be a party that is right down the middle on issues that can take center stage against Republicans and Democrats, My question to people here on ATS is would you support and actually vote for a party like this?
