24 people dragged from thier cars in Iraq and shot at a makeshift Iraqi checkpoint.


Gunmen dragged 24 civilians out of their cars at a makeshift checkpoint in a town north of Baghdad on Sunday and shot them "execution style", a senior police official said.

The victims included students, children and elderly men, said the senior police official in Diyala province.

My my, isn't that lovely. Students and civilians. Well, it has been happening for how many hundreds of years? And what is your average Joe Schmo gonna do about it? Complain to the missus while he scrathes his arse? The only ones on this planet that have the power to put a stop to all this just send more kids in.
