They did it again! The latest goverment inflation numbers seem to purposefully leave out food and energy--what is the most meaningful to most
Americans. I remember years ago, when these were not left out, thinking, yeah gas and cereal prices are going up and yeah that inflation number shows
it. Now, one would think all is fine inflation-wise, as one continues to spend more and more each time one buys gas, groceries, pays utility bills.
What explains this manipulation of data?
