Psychic Children?? Help for parent's/guardians

I thought id start a thread about gifted children. Sometimes as adults it not easy to know where to turn. Things may seem frightening but where do you go for help?

Children have a great imagination and sometimes it is easier to tell the child "it is just your imagination" OR "You were having a dream" But this is for the adults bennifit not the CHIID. There are 3 problems with this!

1: If you the adult, the person the child looks up to can not offer any explination or helpful advice, the child will become very frightened.

2: The child will become confused

3: The child will feel alone

If you suspect your child may be telling the truth when he says he spoke to nan, and she gave a message you understand, but nan passed over to the other side (eg.) This can be very frightening and hard to take in.

I thought by starting this forum, people can come here to help one another!

I knew as a child that i was DIFFERENT to the other children at school. Things happened to me nearly every night I went to bed. Things happened to me in broad day light that i could not understand

Luckily today there are lot's of people who can help if you know where to look. Spiritualist church, forums like this one, magazines, websites etc.

I just wish this type of help was avalible to my parents when i needed it the most

So here I was, alienated from my church, alienated from my parents, my friends didn't understand and none of this weired stuff happened to them. This is exactly how i know, how a child in a similar situation today may feel.

Sometimes I feel I came here to teach my parents about the spirit world and phenomanon. The biggest thing that got their attention to realising I was telling the truth was when i was about 9 or 10. I remember how I died in my last life. I was a boy working down the mines and suffocated on smoke. In this life as a very young child 3 + I had a repetitive nightmare of my death. I would feel the heat literelly and I'd struggle to breath, id fight my way from under the covers sit bolt upright gasping for breath and pouring with sweet due to intense fear. I knew the location of the mine where I worked, some 10 miles away from my childhood home. I told my parents, at the time knowbody knew about the mines until they were discovered some years later by an archologist working in the area. When the news report came on the TV, my parents and brother all turned to me with jaws on the floor, white as ghosts and speechless

I have since learnt how to controll contact with the spirit world by going to an open circle. I was already a medium so i didn't go to learn how to become one but it was very helpful! I am now a parasychology studant and wish to help parent's understand what is happening to either themselves or their children if I can.

MY LITTEL ANGEL

I have a two year old daughter and I will be open and honest with her when needed. She has amazed me already on a few occasions! One day out of the blue she said "The light is coming" I do not know what she meant! Now she was 2 mid Janurary and this shocked me. I am aware of a phenomanom where a generation of INDIGO children, or CRYSTAL children are said to be decending on earth to enlighten us spiritually hence healing mother earth bringing forth the spiritual light from the DIVINE. I can't say if I agree or belive this, but i am now more inclined to admit there maybe some truth in it after she said what she said.

I have to admit. She has read my thoughts only last week, which was unbeliveble And she was looking for a horse at 22 mnths old in my husbands, works storage unit which ironically used to be an old barn and stables, a huge metallic building, but she could not possible know or understand what a barn is. Nothing remains indicating it was a barn/stables. Once she said horse and pointed to the window. I could see the horse too, it was from the spirit world!! It looks like my little girl has the gift like me and i will help and encourage her on her journey.

I MAY NOT KNOW ALL THE ANSWERS thats why this is a thread where we can all help each other. I STILL HAVE PARANORMAL HAPPENINGS I CAN NOT CONTROL OR I DON'T UNDERSTAND AND IT CAN STILL BE SCARY FOR EVEN ME AT TIMES! Its just nice to have other people to talk to that understand, or just need to talk!

THE FIRST BIT OF ADVICE I DO HAVE: IS ACT LIKE THINGS YOU CAN'T EXPLAIN ARE INFACT JUST NORMAL!! The child can sense fear and anxiety. You need to remain calm, agree with the child and carry on as normal!

Then find a room which is free and FREAK OUT LOL (no Im just kiddin here)

Thank you My mum had my little girl the other day and apparently she asked for a story so my mum said go and choose a book, my little 1 protested and said no! She then requested a story from the tv! Not just the tv but specifically the fimbles. My mum put the tv on for her and sure enough it was the FIMBLES and Roly was just about to start reading a story!!

I insist on not having the tv on everyday or all the time so she hasn't got any built in sense of time as to when something is on tv...hence no routine!

MY MUM JUST CAN'T EXPLAIN THIS AT ALL she said it was really bizzare! It may be just a complete MAD coincidence but a spooky one:

I will tell you something interesting.

My g/f's grandmother passed away in may. Anyway soon after my g/f's mother said something about a dream she had that she saw her mother and it was so real she said in the dream "This cant be real you are dead!" then she woke up. I told her it was in fact her mother trying to tell her something but she freaked out and wasnt given the message that was supposed to be given to her.

A few weeks after this incident, my son had a dream. He went on about how grandma (For Reference of this story:G/f's mother is called Nana and g/f's grandmother is called grandma.) and him were playing and such in this dream but there was this guy. We asked what he looked like and he told us some half ass'd description of him. Anyway alot of my g/f's grandmothers stuff was stored here after she died so the G/f and mother went down to go thru the crap she had and came along some old photo's of her when she was little and people who were in her life.

Anyway Corbyn went down to play in the cellar or see what they were doing, anyway he sees a image of this guy and said that it was the guy in his dream.

From what I understand this guy died in like 194something so my kid who is 7 couldn't have known this guy one bit. as for images that were there Nobody in the family.. Mine as in g/f and kids have ever seen these images cause the grandmother had them stored away.

Anyway when he told my g/f and Nana that they just looked at him and then came and asked me for advice which I said he had a trip into the astral world.

Anyway that's a story for ya..

Thankyou for your lovely post! Spirit can reach us in our dream state, because we are relaxed and don't have any barriers. We are not able to pass quick judgements or shrug something off so quickly we may have doubts over when we are awake! We tend to be more accepting when we are asleep.

Like you said to your gf, it is possible your child was having an astrel travel experience which is another way our two worlds meet. Grandmother was trying to let you all know she is okay and with somebody she is very fond of. I think this is a very inspiering example of a childs natural gift!

I think so also, reason is cause My kid never seen this guys face ever and he pointed this guys pic out of a million that were on this table.. My kid is very good with faces, he can remember someone weeks later after meeting them.. which is surprising to me cause I like to forget everyone I meet. He is complete opposite.

I haven't been myself lately and I don't show it to my litte girl so I have carried on like normal when she is around and mope about feeling sorry for myself when i'm alone. Today she said "feeling down! crying mummy" Now how the hell does my 2 year old know i am feeling down or even no what it means? But when she said CRYING aswell she does understand. I tell you what I nearly fell over backwards! I haven't been crying as things aren't too bad it just hormonal and i will be back to normal soon!

Facial, body language gives it away. One way for detectives to discern if people are lying / telling truth, stressed, etc. Not psychic. Even if you try your hardest there are small almost subliminal gestures, body posture, etc that will give away your emotions. That's why your daughter seems psychic.

Yes body language does play apart.
But children do see things more than us.
As a child I felt and could see things. No one believed me . And said I was making it all up. As an adult with my own four children . I have been open about what I am interested in. Not what I believe IN. This has made a huge difference.
One of my son's just loves ghosts.He can watch and see ghosts in films etc....... I believe we need to see if he wants to take this further. I will not push him to this.
One of my daughters see a ghost in our home .
I have seen shadow people in my home. Lately they have not showed themselves. Phewwwwwwwwwwwwww.
One thing I have installed in my children is the power of the "Board"
I have explained to them that they and I do not know what we are doing. And we could unleash bad Karma.
When I was young I could also awoke before an earthquake. Freaky I know.But true.
My only wish is that I had someone to guide me through this and understand what I was going through. And it was not made up.My mother never believed me............stupid woman.
I aslo had the sense of people who weren't dead but going their................very soon. I could see it in them and how they spoke.
I just wish I had a teacher to show me the way or to lead me on a path to whom it could be of some use.

This post is also to help adults who like me were constantly told not to be stupid etc as children. It really is very trumatic and other parents can see how this still has a psycological affect on those children, now AS ADULTS!

I feel people who have had such a negative experiance can come together and talk about their feelings with somebody else who understands and knows how other's are feeling.

On a positive note: I have taught my parents about being psychic and I have explained lots of things as I feel i have more knowledge than they have ever had on the topic. They are now much more open minded and accepting.

My mum has left the Catholic faith for many reasons but I have also made her see things differently!

Also I feel like you about my child, I am definatly going to be very positive towards her if she does have any experiances. It has done me a lot of good from that prospective.

Honestly, where do you go for counselling on this topic? If I went to my doctor and said I had a traumatic childhood because things happened to me that were very frightening and knowbody could help me or explain any of it, I would be sent to an insituite when I know I am perfectly sane! My doctor would not take it seriously!

I don't know where to trun sometimes because i still have questions that i haven't been able to answer! Some of what happened to me still freaks me out from time to time but I just have to get on with it and cope the best I can.

I am studying parasychology now hoping it may get me some answers i have been looking for.

I have noticed i have the characteristics of an indigo. im phycic in my sleep i can read minds and see future on accident the indigo use the third eye chakra for phycic abilities

My soul mission is to teach we are ALL-ONE and that God is DIVINE LOVE who does not take sides in war as LOVE DOES NOT hate, separate, Kill.
To say DIVINE LOVE is to be feared, and that DIVINE LOVE will punish us if we don't do what it COMMANDS! Means people who teach this have been wired up backwards. DIVINE LOVE makes no commands as if needs nothing. DIVINE LOVE gave FREE WILL so why would it COMMAND and PUNISH if we do not obey. It does not make sense. It is full of horror punishements etc but the parts about the seven churches, especially the false prophets. All this was foreseen which is why the revelations was written in such a horrific mannor! See beyond all the horror you realise that on judgement day WE JUDGE OURSELVES. HUMANS do that because we are wired up backwards.

DIVINE LOVE/SOURCE is made up from atoms, nuetrons, protons, neutrenoes and particles which had the intelligence to become much more. If you break down the very essance of our bodies and it is proven scientifically, we are ALL-ONE and the same therefore DIVINE LOVE can not separate itself from itself also a scientifically proven fact! Modern teachings tell us we are separate from each other and if we do not please god he will forgive you but if you carry on you will be sent to hell, therefore separating us permenantly from the God source. Well even if god wanted to even god could not perform this miricle.

but not physicaly i cant see the spirit in front of me,just in my mind somtimes.

Im unsure if this is the corroct place to post but im looking for help with my friends child she has turned 2 and is strugaling with spirits a medium has confirmed she has a 3rd eye and she was seing a "glowing man" in her room witch scared her rotton the medium exercised the spirit and hayley (the child) told us he had gon into the light and he was happy again this is without us saying a word to her or the medium

Unfortunatly she is still haveing problems at night with visits that are scareing her last night she told us there where words and writing on the door and her room felt very uneasy and hayley was acting very very strange we where talking to her trying to find out what was so upseting to her when she looked straight through me is the best may to describe it scrunched her little face up in a angrey manner and said 2 men in big boot's are going to kick your arse now she dosen't understands the things she say's and hasnt herd that language before and it's terrifing her

what I'm here for is help and how to controll her power's so she can just go to sleep she used to sleep fine untill they mooved into that house since the first day she has been seing things and she cant get rid of them.

how can we help controll her 3rd eye?

Also bazzarly she hs an angle since the "glowing man" went she says the angel helps me but the bad things try and hurt my angle and scare it away

I am a psychic teen and if you need advice fell free to ask me at [email protected]. I understand what the child may be looking for. I am most helpful with dreams and seeing of entities. Most of the other sections i'd have to cunsolt my friends. Don't tell your kids it's their imagination it will make it worse. If they say they saw something belive them and try to help them to overcome it. One last plea DON'T USE AN OIJIA BOARD it will attrac polterguist and other non human spirits... BAD IDEA in general please trust me thanks

My niece, Abby, has seen a dark figure of a man in her room a few years back. She no longer talks about it so we are not sure is she sees it anymore or not. Last night she could not sleep and was crying. She said she has a feeling as if something very bad was going to happen. Today her grandmother died. Her grandmother (my mother-in-law) was sick for 10 years and had been in and out of the hospital several times in the last few months. She knew that she was in the hospital but was not told anything else. We are all surprised that she sensed this.

Her parents don't know what to think and don't believe in psychics. My question is how do I help her? What kind of questions should we ask her to help her cope? How do I help her except, understand, and perfect her gift?

I'd have to disagree, because it all depends on how that kids personality is.

I've always thought it was cool.

I never felt alone, because I know everyone has it, but most don't realize it.

I've shown people they are then they get a freaked out look...lol...it's funny watching people realize things for the first time.

Hi Im Emma I am a psychic child i see spirits/ghost in my own home and at my school. I have a Webkinz Panther that a spirit/ghost has taken posetion of it (I call him Tobie). I never leave it behind. if i do i dont feel safe. There are Three spirits/ghost that scare me i call them "the grean man","The Black Thing", and "Sara". When i was little Sara Pushed me down some stairs at my Aunts house and i havent been there in a while but she still folows me around. Only 4 of my friends belive me and my mom belives me but everyone else thinks im crazy... i dont go inside old houses because im afraid there could be something in there. if you could give me some advice about my phycic prob. i would be verry grateful
