As President Bush takes to the podium at 21:07 EST in his fifth state of the Union address to a joint session of congress millions will watch to see what he says. I'll be covering it live here on ATSNN.

CNN
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush will target the economy, health care, security and oil in his State of the Union speech Tuesday, as he attempts to move past a difficult year and prepare for critical midterm congressional elections.

As the price of crude oil approaches $70 a barrel, Bush will propose ending the nation's dependence on foreign energy, according to excerpts released shortly before the 9 p.m. ET address.

He just mentioned a revival of nuclear energy. I would really like to see this be the major leader in new energy. I think wind power, hydro power, and solar power are all vital, but I believe that nuclear power should lead the pack.
