Lucis trust for a short period of time, was called Lucifer Trust. As we all know the eye on the dollar bill in the top of the pyramid is essentially Lucifer, or the Light Of Limitless Nothingness, it has been called many things. No. Lucis Trust was founded in the USA by Alice Bailey, and has no relations to politico-fraternal societies of Europe like Illuminati.
