Which Theme tune

Which theme tune do you like or dislike, which sticks in your head?

Mine is the Father Ted theme tune at first i hated Father Ted cos my g/f sister's b/f is Irish i tried to get on with him but he just didnt try to get on with me.

But now i like Father Ted regardless of my dislike for my g/f's sisters' b/f.

I have Three television theme songs that i like
The first is The opening theme song for Red Dwarf ,the second is the classic Doctor Who synthesizer theme and lastly any of the csi theme songs because they are all songs by The Who

A theme song that gets stuck in my head is the opening one for Buffy the vampire slayer

Red Dwarf i havnt seen that in awhile also i kind of like the Theme tune for Black Books and Fast Show is good "Please release me let me goooo for i do not love you anymore.........." sung by creator /actor Paul Whitehouse

Wacthed some Father Ted but just cant remember the theme music? You probably wouldnt know it but the theme song for Dougie Howser MD (early to mid 90's) is my favorite, would fit into any porno ( those that know it would understand)

HAHA the Doogie Theme Tune for porno ! Is he still doing Doogie Howser MD?

C'mon guys this is sadness. My favorite theme song is X-Files! Can't believe no one said that! I whistle it all the time.

I like the theme song from Grey's Anatomy. Really like hauntingly cool.

I love the ones that induce nostalgia, particularly shows that I watched as a kid:
Dog-tanian & The Musker-hounds
Lost Cities Of Gold
Thundercats

You can get Albums of nostalgic TV themes, my mate has one and its ace!

I'd have to go with the theme song for a cop show that was ahead of it's time..............Hawaii Five-O.

I will show my age - the theme from "Peter Gunn" has always been a crowd favorite. "Hawaii Five O" - great choice... also "Welcome Back Kotter" seems to stick sometimes..

My choice for current theme songs is the one from House, M.D. My retro pick would be the theme song from Magnum, P.I.

THE FISHIN HOLE
Usually whistled..But there are lyrics..

Not really my favorite, but it sticks in my head.
I use it as weapon, against other songs that stick in peoples head..
They say: I can't get that commercial's song outta my head
I whistle the Andy Griffith tune, the commercial's song, is gone..

Its a tie between "Malcolm in the Middle'", and "The Office(UK)".

I have to agree with whoever said Red Dwarf and Doctor Who. Classics

Also Chucklevision, just takes me back to my youth every time. Really crap though

Dogtanian was one of my favourites.

I have seen The Family Ness on cable TV last year and I like the theme music so much that I looked for an MP3 version and I got it on my playlist.
