Wonder how feasible it would be to fill those tanks will bio/chemical stuff and go spraying.

Britman - on the whole such tanks would be held internal to the aircraft. Such a spraying mission would require external delivery mechanisms - crop spraying arms etc. On a jet these i would suspect these to be pretty much useless due to the the backdraft of the jets exhausts. A much better aircraft for the job would be a C-130 such as those used in spraying disperal chemicals used during Oil spils.

The threat of the "fuel tanker" scenario is the fuel being used as an explosive medium - the so called "fuel air bomb" used I believe in Dresden during WW2 - correct me if im wrong. The theory is - crash the plane thereby vaporising the fuel then detonate some explosive - creating a fire wall to rival that of conventional nukes.
