And there are massive threats there and the campus is out of control and dangerous.

Can you show us where you saw that?

So they didn't do anything to infringe on others rights. Meaning their First Amendment rights were violated.

You really are a shining example of what Libertarians actually are in this country.

What are your thoughts on the arrest of J6 protesters?

Do stupid sh!t, pay the price.

But being charged with insurrection when the charge should be misdemeanor trespassing while keeping them confined indefinitely without recourse, is complete bullsh!t and a political stunt by the election stealing Democrats.

These paid, terrorist supporting clowns will get off with a small fine and be out within a couple hours.

We should get ahead of this.

Any time someone publicly claims they’re against the foreign policy of one country, we should arrest them because they clearly are going to kill them all.

Nope. They threatened others rights therefore it was shut down. No different than the FBI getting a tip about a terrorist attack coming, and then going out and arresting the terrorists for planning it. No need to wait until the terrorists actually carry through with the threat. Stop it from happening.

You really are a shining example of what Libertarians actually are in this country.

Compared to some here, I'm #ing awesome. Thanks for noticing.

Was there a terrorist tip?

Or are we doing thought crimes?

So you support arresting people for pre-crimes. By the way, those terrorists are arrested because they are still breaking laws. What laws did these pre-protesters break?

At Columbia There were threats made against the Jewish students and faculty. There was actual physical violence as well. The Columbia campus is so unsafe that the Rabbi there told the Jewish students to all go home and the school itself said it was so unsafe that they cancelled inperson classes for the rest of the semester. The Texas bunch said they were going to do exactly the same thing. Those are threats.

I"m not going to reply to you until you read the thread. You are not caught up.

Apologies.

I was under the impression that the hamas supporters wanted to kill Jews.

Pedicures instead?

They were arrested for unlawful assembly and trespassing. That's not 'precrime'. If they had been allowed to take over the campus and to continue on with their threat to do exactly the same as Columbia, then they further would have been engaging in threats against the lives of Jewish students and faculty, and they could have been arrested for that. So that was stopped before it began. WISE move by UT. Don't let the rot set in.

I’m not going to read a whole thread over ten pages.

If you want to go after people for thought crimes for something that might happen in the future that’s fine.

It’s an opinion, you have a right to your opinion.

I haven’t seen anything in Texas that indicate threats or antisemitism. Just antiwar students, which happens every time there’s a war.

If they actually are interfering with the schools day to day I understand it getting dispersed.

But again, it’s your right to call for law enforcement to act on perceived future crimes, and call people some of the worst names without evidence.

We should be safe and just ban anyone saying Israel or Jewish Cowboy. Gotta stay ahead of it.

Talking about the foreign policy of nations we bankroll is not free speech… it’s terrorism.

There's a difference between being critical of Israel and supporting hamas.

Were you aware?

What was unlawful about it? The school is public property. The 1st Amendment gives them the right to peaceably assemble.

Yes peaceful protest outside the working and learning area of the campus, without interfering with the University, these individuals with their recruiting of idiots are hamas infiltrators trying to take over the evil west educational system.

This not only about Israel this is to completely shut down our nation's educational institution.

Is very well known that middle eastern terrorist hates the west educational system

Arrest the idiots with the hamas militants and send them to jail.

The law states that no hate will be allowed under any circumstances in our educational system.

“Hate has no place in our schools, period,” said U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona. “When students are targeted because they are—or are perceived to be—Jewish, Muslim, Arab, Sikh, or any other ethnicity or shared ancestry, schools must act to ensure safe and inclusive educational environments where everyone is free to learn.”

Do not be fooled the protest in universities are and agenda of terrorist in the US

Nope if the protesters are disrupting, harassing and persecuting others.

Calling yourself hamas is calling yourself a terrorist that is not peaceful assembly.

What part you still do not get.
