Yesterday was a day of action across Israel as right minded Israelis took to the streets to protest against their Far Right war criminal government.

Thousands of people across Israel have joined families of hostages to protest against the government and call for the removal of Benjamin Netanyahu, as the Israeli prime minister grapples with one of the most serious threats yet to his coalition.

The protesters in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Be’er Sheva, Caesarea and other cities on Saturday demanded the release of those still held captive in Gaza and labelled the PM as an 'obstacle to the deal', vowing to persist until he is ousted from office.

Police used water cannon to disperse protesters and arrested 16 people.

The families of hostages have urged ministers, including Netanyahu’s political rival and war cabinet minister Benny Gantz, to unite with other Knesset members in removing Netanyahu from power, accusing the PM of deliberately sabotaging efforts to secure the release of their relative

A demonstrator outside Netanyahu’s home sums it up perfectly.

“Netanyahu is just Donald Trump, just like Milosevic, just like Hitler”

Protestors gathered overnight in front of Israeli PM Netanyahu’s West Jerusalem residence to call for his resignation, blame him for the current violence.

Well said my Jewish brother.

The big white boss decided to destroy Netanyahu. The performance in the form of a “Maidan” with the expression of the will of the “free people” has begun. It remains to wait for the traditional snipers and the “heavenly hundred”.

Favorite and closest Russian city - London

I think the Saudis have more of a claim to it but you are more than welcome to take it away , we'll even supply the barges to tow it as it seems yours are tied up blocking ports from sea drones in Crimea.

Sadly they aren't actually protesting the genocide in Gaza. The majority of the protests in Israel are against the corruption inside the far-right government. Isralies as a whole are incredibly bigoted and sadly very few actually care about the Palestinians.

“Netanyahu is just Donald Trump, just like Milosevic, just like Hitler”

When you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you’re dealing with brainwashed useful idiots. Some people are just clueless and don’t even know wtf they’re talking about. Comparing Trump to hitler? Really?

The rabid trump haters have become a joke in and of themselves.

There are plenty of clueless people Krusty , generally they're the ones who lash out and call others names when faced with things they like or don't want to hear.

But to get people to lose their aversion to violence, savvy authoritarians also dehumanize their enemies. That’s what Trump is doing. Hitler used this ploy from the very start, calling Jews the “black parasites of the nation” in a 1920 speech. By the time Hitler got into power in 1933 and translated dehumanizing rhetoric into repressive policies, Germans had heard these messages for over a decade.

As a historian of autocracy with a specialization in Italian Fascism, the use of the “vermin” image got my attention. Mussolini used similar language in his 1927 Ascension Day speech which laid out Fascism’s intention to subject leftists and others to “prophylaxis” measures to defend the Italian state and society from their nefarious influences.

“When two irreducible elements are locked in a struggle, the only solution is force,” Mussolini said on Jan. 3, 1925, as he declared the start of dictatorship in Italy. America may never become a one-party state on the classic Fascist model, but Trump and his GOP enablers carry forth this Fascist mentality. We must take their speech seriously as declarations of intent to wreck American democracy and engage in persecution on a large scale as part of that process.

I have been a vehement supporter of Israel and its right to defend itself and the need to crush and eradicate Hamas entirely.

But I have to acknowledge that its gone on for too long, their actions are now bordering on, possibly exceeding, criminal and its morally repugnant to continue their current policies with such scant regard for the civilians who are suffering intense hardship and cruelty.

I still maintain that Hamas has to be rooted out and be completely and utterly eradicated.
But its gone beyond that.

I still question the motivations of many of those protesting here in the UK and other countries throughout the world, especially in 'the west', but this can not continue as it is.

At least they are allowed to protest in Israel and demonstrate their dissatisfaction with current policies and Netanyahu.
Lets hope it has some affect and the Israeli government listens.

Nah, they usually do exactly what you just did and double down saying or posting more ridiculous #. Enjoy your hate it seems to be your blissful glee.

Aren’t you in the UK? Regardless I don’t get how one person can occupy so much headspace in some of the haters here, it’s gotten rather boring and cliché listening to it every post. Go play your drums dude!
