Once again, the left claims that Trump is comparing himself to Jesus Christ.

Back in 2020, Trump said (in public, at a rally) that he had been told he was the most famous person in the world. Trump replied "No I'm not." He then said "Jesus Christ" was the most famous. Earlier in the speech, he pointed skyward, and said "We all need help from the boss."

Christians were impressed by the speech, leaving comments like "Trump has glorified God and Jesus before the world", and "Trump acknowledges that God is the boss'. Some even claimed that when Trump said the name "Jesus Christ", the American flags behind him began to wave dramatically.

Of course, the left spun it and said Trump arrogantly compared himself to Christ. Saturday Night Live did comedy skits about it. Time magazine did an article about "The Blasphemy of Comparing Trump to Jesus Christ".

Now that it's Easter season, people are posting dramatic comments on social media platforms. "Trump is a martyr" and “Seems there was someone else who was tortured and crucified this week". Trump didn't say it, some of his supporters did. But that's not stopping the leftist media!

Well, it is evident that Biden shares similarities to the Anti-Christ because his actions fit into the puzzle properly. Although, he may not be competent to comprehend his role for that. At least the Anti-christ we got has dementia

Just Joshing, I am not a Liberal anymore, so I do not twist things the way they do. Doesn't mean I can't joke about it.

When I get the great granddaughter off the bus I will take the car down to the road and listen to a Christian station that talks about this kind of stuff. Mostly they push voting against Biden, saying that Trump is not as bad for the Christians.

Now there are some people who are saying that the Democrats in charge are pushing the devils tactics, which I do agree with some of their issues, especially that the Liberals will deceive everyone to gain power or get their way. But to align them with the Devil is just demonic.

I keep an eye on what all sides say about things, I never focus my attention on just looking at one side of an issue. Both sides got their problems, both sides in politics lie, it is just that the majority of the Republicans tell the truth a lot more the Democrats do in high up politics. Hopefully the Democrats in this country oust those deceivers and get some good candidates with some integrity on the ballots. They need to return to the democrat policies in the past, their party has gone to hell now.

To be fair, most Christians do that themselves, because the biblical Jesus is the martyr role model. Christians are supposed to compare their suffering with Jesus' suffering to cope and have faith that their suffering isn't for nothing.

Some people frown upon or mock those who compare their suffering to Jesus', but some people have suffered more than Jesus did. For example, some prisoners of war and kidnapped and trafficked children suffer things Jesus didn't.

Jesus was poor. Trump is rich. Trump has to fall hard to fit that camel of his through the eye of the needle.

I've not seen Trump refer to himself like christ in anyway aside from saying his persecution could be viewed as being similar to that of Christ.
I have seen other people say such things as what the left is saying, but not Trump himself. I view this as hyperbole and that is coming from someone that does not support Trump.

The Left and the Democrat media do the same thing with Trump and the military. They falsely misrepresent comments he's made about the military, or flat-out just make things up, like that he called American soldiers killed in WW1 "losers." That was debunked by literally everyone who was supposedly present for the comments.

Democrat "journalists" straight-up made that up to try to hurt him with military voters, which is illegal by the way. Making up a complete lie out of thin air and passing it off to the public as a real story to manipulate voter sentiment in favor of your party is not covered by the First Amendment.

Contrast that to Biden, who was filmed checking his watch multiple times during the dignified transfer of the soldiers killed during his Afghanistan withdrawal.

Democrat "fact checkers" for Big Tech slapped fact checks on posts about him doing that, lying to the public and claiming it never happened, despite it having been filmed.

Several families of the fallen soldiers also reported that Biden was dismissive and disrespectful to them. He wouldn't listen to them and dismissively waved his hand at them as he walked away.

Democrat "journalists" try to pretend he gets the military because his son served.

Meanwhile, Biden routinely lies about (or forgets) how his son died, which is a form of stolen valor and extremely offensive to veterans.

The Democrats and the Democratmedia did the same thing with the disabled reporter. You still run into people who think "Trump mocked a reporter's disability." That was debunked right after it happened. But the Democratmedia continue to lie about it and many of their uninformed voters still believe it.

If the guy is SO bad, why do they constantly have to make things up about him?
