Justice...will be convicting trump for trying to strongarm our state into lying about an election. Those votes he wanted did not exist. Kemp and our officials maintained integrity. It doesn't matter who the judge is, he is guilty, and should be convicted.

It's actually a gift to Trump to keep her on the case because she's an absolute idiot and will continue to make huge mistakes.

She's an idiot .. she's corrupt .. she's a racist .. but none of that will matter. The trial will go forward and the jury will be anti-Trump and the ghouls will get their conviction. There is no justice in this world.

Is this really a shock?

Banana Republics have to Banana!

At least Trump can still a-peel.

This is what I was thinking. He should be able to appeal this judges decision and show bias. This judge should have recused himself.

Those charges were dropped 3 days ago. Welcome back from spring break. You have some catching up to do.

Why?

On what grounds?

The Georgia State Senate not going to be as lenient as the case judge was. Even though he dropped six counts and kicked the prosecutor off the case.

Assumed guilty -- but Yes.

As I see it

Why?

On what grounds?

Conflict of interest. He and his wife donated to her campaign. He's hardly impartial.

The Judge and Fani Willis had a working relationship.
She was over him, I believe.
And he donated to her campaign.
There is the appearance of favoritism.
He shouldn't have been the judge.

You'd favor a judge partial to the GOP?

I don't think any people who run in the same circles is completely impartial. People are human.

However, a judge is bound by the law.

This is just like the voting accusations.

Lots of hearsay -- no established conflict of interest.

Again -- the judge is bound by the law.

Yeah ... and he's up for re-election in a district that is heavily black.
If he took a black female off the case he would not be re-elected.
That's just the reality of it.

You know I"m not a Trump fan, but in this case his attorneys are correct.
Fani Willis, and her boy toy, have no business on this case.

Judges are human -- you are not going to find an unbiased human.

Never going to happen.

Just another "poor Trump" excuse.

I"m not a Trump fan so no, it's not a 'poor Trump' excuse.

The fact is that this judge worked for Willis and donated to her campaign.
There is a conflict of interest.

And the fact that this judge is up for reelection in a heavy black
district and if he took a black woman off the case he wouldn't get
reelected. So it's obvious that's a factor in his ruling.

Common sense stuff. Nothing to do with 'poor Trump'.
I"m not a 'poor Trump' person. I go Libertarian.
The truth is this Fani Willis thing is just a mess.
She should be off the case and so should her boy toy.

Fanny Willis is calming herself, and preparing to give a press briefing.

Experts say it is very hard to remove a district attorney.

And just think, Democrats wanted to remove a US president for telling people to march peacefully to the Capitol.

So is the DA but you see how that turned out.

Fani is a proven liar and corrupt DA.

Oh god. I wish we had a throwup emoji.
Should we have a drinking game?
Every time she plays the race card or the 'V' card we slam one?
I don't drink, but I might be tempted with this ...

Ummm... about that.

While it has no power to discipline Willis, the committee can recommend legislative and budget changes at the end of its probe, which could affect her office.

The results will not save Trump from the RICO case.

Does that apply to the SCOTUS also?

Yeah, kind of like when a Supreme Court Judge accepts hundreds of thousands of dollars in free gifts and trips, then rules on cases of interest to the donor.

Still in office although it appears highly inappropriate.
