I think the more important question is HOW did the Biden admin have access to a special council's report before it was released? Sure it's all above board, and Hur had total power to follow the facts without hindrance (yea, that made me smile too) but couldn't they at least not release the part where they either wrote it or edited it on their own.

The White House/Biden talked to some of the 100+ people who Special Counsel Hur interviewed over the past year.

People forget (or don't know) that this investigation was going on for months before Garland appointed Special Counsel Hur in January 2023.

Even if Biden is not charged with criminal infractions, the report (with help from honest media/experts) will make it clear to America that their President violated several Federal Laws related to National Security, when he was a U.S. SENATOR and a U.S. VICE PRESIDENT.

After more than a year of Investigating Joe Biden's theft and retention of classified documents over a 12 year period, Special Counsel Robert Hur's Report is now in the hands of the White House.

The special counsel appointed to investigate President Biden’s handling and improper storage of classified documents dating back to his days as a US senator has finished his investigation after nearly 13 months, Attorney General Merrick Garland told lawmakers Wednesday night.

In his letter to the leaders of the House and Senate Judiciary committees, Garland wrote that Robert Hur, a former Maryland US attorney, had submitted his report on Monday and the document would be released following a so-called “privilege review” by the White House counsel’s office.

“I am committed to making as much of the Special Counsel’s report public as possible,” Garland wrote, “consistent with legal requirements and [Justice] Department policy.”

As Garland said, Some of the report will be kept from the people who pay for all this. YOU and ME. 😠

Even though Joe Biden violated several Federal Laws by illegally taking highly classified "materials" (FBI Word) home, and other places, when he was a U.S. Senator and Vice President, the publicity surrounding the appointment of a Special Counsel, lasted 15 minutes on Jan 12th 2023.

Oct 9th 2023 WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden has been interviewed as part of an independent investigation into his handling of classified documents, the White House said late Monday. It’s a possible sign that the investigation is nearing its end.

Special Counsel Robert Hur is investigating the improper retention of classified documents from Biden’s time as a U.S. Senator...and as Vice President.

These were found at his Delaware home, as well as at a private office that he used in between his service in the Obama administration and becoming president.

Biden has said he did not know the documents were there.

Special Counsel HUR said in the report released today, that Joe Biden's cognitive ability is failing.

That he couldn't withstand a trial....or answer questions accurately.

The Biden Administration is doing all they can to keep hidden that (imo) Joe Biden sold U.S. Secrets to other nations. For example, just discovered is a communique, where Hunter attempts to arrange a meeting between a Chinese Communist Party surrogate, and Vice President Joe Biden.

He took them home to use in generating income for the family. (Remember, 12 Biden family members receive income generated by Biden family LLC's, set up by Hunter Biden.)
