Iran launched a missile strike on the village of Sabz Koh in Pakistan's Balochistan province which is about 45km from the Iranian border , Iran says it was targeting terrorists from Pakistani Jaish al-Adl group , Pakistan have said the strike resulted in the death of at least two children and injured 3 people.

Pakistan have “strongly condemned” the attack and recalled their Envoy in Iran.

The ministry on Wednesday said it “strongly condemned” the incident – which took place near the border city of Panjgur – calling it a violation of Pakistani sovereignty, and announced the recall of Pakistan’s envoy in Tehran.

“This illegal act is completely unacceptable and has no justification whatsoever. Pakistan reserves the right to respond to this illegal act. The responsibility for the consequences will lie squarely with Iran,” it said in a statement.

this must be a moral conundrum. I hope to see where the mindset goes with this one.

Yep , it's also why people were worried about the wider effects of Israel's actions.

Doubtful.

Pakistan is a nuclear power.

Iran is not (even if they have 1 or 2 clandestine nuclear devices).

This disagreement is unlikely to spread from between these two.

For one thing, there are probably no nations willing to put their own treasure and blood on the line for either of these two bozos.

Pot, kettle, black comes to mind here.
from the BBC...

Why is Iran striking Pakistan?
Tuesday's strike in Pakistan hit a village in the vast south-western border province of Balochistan. Tehran said it was targeting Jaish al-Adl, or "army of justice", an ethnic Baloch Sunni Muslim group that has carried out attacks inside Iran as well as on Pakistani government forces.

So, you have to be a particular type of extremist/terrorist these days?

Iran has a lot of balls hitting Pakistan unprovoked.
Maybe they know Pakistan will just take it and not respond?

I wonder when the protests will start.
Surely the protesting nutters will make their feelings heard after innocent children were bombed. Right?
I guess we shall see how this goes when Jews aren’t involved.

Perhaps they weren't but for the last year or so they've no doubt had access to the technical knowledge needed to complete a bomb due to their close friendship and military ties with Russia , thanks to Trump pulling out of the Iranian Nuclear deal they haven't had to worry about inspections or prying eyes either.

One is enough.

I think that there is a very good chance that we are going to be having another world war shortly.

Too many stupid things were done by the current administration in this country in the last five years. Promoting war instead of promoting negotiation and diplomacy is a bad thing for a country like the USA to do. This also applies to NATO.

There is a difference between an enemy and an advosary, maybe someone should tell the Democrats this.

I would have presumed Pakistan being a nuclear power meant that they are ‘big boys’ and don’t need the rest of the gang.

If they launch the fallout (pun intended) will drag the world into war.

When it boils down to it there are only two sides, us and them. If your not us your them.

It starts with one snoball being thrown and then you end up with a massive snowball fight as more people join in. This called the snowball effect.

That bit of info is relevant to the topic.
That decision to pill out of the agreement gave way for Iran to further their nuclear ambitions without anyone having anysay or really even knowing what exactly the current state of their enrichment is.
Turn your TDS off for a min and look at what could and did happen by that decision.

Umm what does Israel have to do with this? It's business as usual in the ME and Muslims in general. They do kill each other over who is following the "true" word of their prophet. Also Iran is a theocracy so I can see another branch of Islam taking offense at the mullahs.

What world do these people live in ?

John Kerry praised President Biden's term on Wednesday and said that he prevented us from "having a complete breakout of uncontrolled war in many regions."

Easy to answer.
Iran feels emboldened to attack whomever for whatever.
It's as simple as that.

The deal that was brokered by Obama's appointed Iranian spy?

The deal that didn't stop Iran from enriching uranium anyway?

The deal that involved Obama sending Iran pallets of cash that they likely used to fund terror attacks?

The deal that Iran wasn't adhering to anyway?

Thanks for letting us know you have no understanding of the dynamics between Shiite and Sunni Muslims.

Here's a hint...it's got nothing to do with Israel.
