HUNTER BIDEN IS IN WASHINGTON D.C. TONIGHT. Will he comply with the subpoena and show up Wednesday morning?

“Chairmen James Comer and Jim Jordan have been clear: Hunter Biden must appear for his deposition on December 13 at 9:30 am, or they will initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.”

On Tuesday, Comer told CNN the plan is to sit in the committee room Wednesday morning and see if Hunter Biden appears.

“That’s the plan,” he said.

Comer said he hopes Hunter Biden shows and answers their questions.

“We have simple questions: what did you do to receive these millions of dollars from around the world and what role did your father play in all of this?"

Hunter Biden showed up this morning made a long statement to reporters and then left.

Hunter Biden to be held in contempt of Congress with Joe Biden-Merrick Garland deciding whether to prosecute or not.

In the meantime, Hunter's behavior today is helping to ensure the impeachment investigation of his father will be made more formal and serious buy a full House vote later this afternoon.

Hunter came to testify publicly which Comer had previously touted on various news channels that Hunter was welcome to do. Which Comer was again called out about today. Comer does not want the public to see his testimony.

Can't be too concerned about subpoenas, how long has Jordan not answered his?

He made Comer look like a fool. Then MTG tried to interrupt Jordan to start screeching about sex trafficking, then he cut her off and shooed her away. The daily clown show continues.

Hunter distinguished Joe's "involvement" in Hunter's businesses as "Not Financially Involved" !!!!!!!

Obviously means Joe WAS INVOLVED in some capacity !!!!

The closed deposition was scheduled months ago and with classified material.

They can't just change it around on short notice.

Hunter would have used The 5th anyway, not much choice. 🤣

And closed depositions usually have 90% of the questions coming from lawyers, not necessarily the Reps themselves.

Hmmm Comer most recently as October 31 stated he could come in for a deposition or a committee meeting, "whichever they choose" in an interview with Benny Johnson.

Comer does not want you to see his testimony. Ask yourself why he does not want transparency.

Hunter Biden's subpoena defiance, has now guaranteed the full House will vote YEA, to upgrade his father's impeachment inquiry to a more serious level.

Comer also doesn't want to see his testimony. It'll be just like Archer's testimony where the only member of Congress that actually stayed for the whole thing was Goldman. Comer didn't even bother to show up.

Just as importantly, the investigations of the DOJ, Congress, and special counsel Hur continue to drag down President Biden's approval.

I believe Kamala Harris now has a higher approval rating than her boss.

Bacon said the same thing yesterday but he said he's still voting for an impeachment inquiry. They're openly admitting they're going on a fishing expedition. But that's not surprising considering they've also openly stated they're only going along with this whole impeachment circus because they're trying to get ammo to help Trump's campaign.

We learned from the dems you can go on a fishing expedition then make changes of obstructing justice.

But it’s proven Hunter is delinquent on part of his taxes, and there is evidence there are kick backs going to the big guy.

The DOJ has a rule that was established during the Trump administration that requires a full House vote authorizing an impeachment inquiry before they'll enforce any subpoenas related to an impeachment.
