I was referring to the Pelosi precedent.

What I'm referring to is connected to that precedent. When Pelosi launched her inquiry without a vote, the DOJ lawyers determined that any subpoenas issued by such an inquiry would be invalid.

It's the same policy being discussed now.

Getting ahead of the process, don't you think?

It could happen that evidence is found and
they will have the vote, you don't know!

Besides, it looks like Joe is being thrown off
the election bus as we speak. LOL.

If all that happens is he goes to retirement,
its a big WIN.

Wait; so liberals are now agreeing that Donald Trump's impeachments are illegitimate just to help their dear leader Joe Biden?

It's fascinating to watch people's opinions twist in the wind to shed the best light on their tribal leaders.

Are we now loving in a post-convictions society?

Did you miss the fact that this policy was enacted under the Trump administration to protect him?

Drugs are bad, Mkay?

My post was about a corrupt DOJ that does the bidding of the party in charge. It has #all to do with Trump.

But when you are a corrupt paralegal likely working for a corrupt lawyer, I suppose scruples and integrity are the last thing you would display.

And If McCarthy took a vote and had the numbers, Biden's DOJ would start prosecuting the crimes of the left? You DERP well, very well.
