Thousands of incident commanders with the experience of something like the Las Vegas shooting, eh?

You do know that event was absolutely singular in nature, right? Or has the CNN cope hit too hard and you actually believe that's par for the course?

This little comment is a much used technique by criminals and psychopaths.

Yes, when a victim under goes a traumatizing unexpected event they are often seen as crazy.

The criminal on the other hand, appears very calm and collected. Unlike the victim, they were expecting this to happening and have all the right answers prepared.

Well documented in spousal abuse cases but is also true for other crimes.

Yet 2,000 children are still not in school.

Could that many children have perished?
