Some say viruses are not alive, but SARS-CoV-2 is not only a tool user, it is a tool maker

Late yesterday, Wednesday, July 20th, 2022, the international journal Science Advances published an article by a French research team that seeks to explain how the SARS-CoV-2 virus can sometimes set the stage for Long COVID. Link:

The French researchers found a basic mechanism: The SARS-CoV-2 virus enters through the human nose, moves to the olfactory bulb (which is next to the brain), and then builds nanotubes by which it moves from the olfactory bulb to human neuron cells.

If so, this is a virus that is not only a tool user, but also a tool maker. So is the debate over viruses as a life form over?

The experts can’t determine at what point a human is living or not, what makes anyone confident they can determine that status for a virus?

They know enough about it to make 1p36 gene deletion, decision-making part of your brain, the number one serious adverse event listed by Pfizer.

1p36 gene deletion syndrome affects more than just the brain. It is evidenced in the bones heart and even affects vision.

Also, the list of potential adverse reactions supplied by Pfizer was part of their due diligence in looking for possible effects. It does not imply that there is any clinical evidence that their products are a cause, or even that any instance of the potential adverse reaction was seen during trials.

If that's what it has been designed to do or an unintended consequence it's still not living. It's just a function.

In other words it's a feature not a bug.
