That's what the profile says, the profile list shows only 150 threads (unless I messed my counting).

It could be that 25 threads were binned... they still exist, but are hidden from us.

Binned threads could have had flags. Besides those, complains also count as threads but they do not get any flags, so the missing flags point to binned threads.

Would topics made in RATS be tallied in the count, but not show up when you scroll the person's threads?

I think they appear on the list, but I'm not sure.

I'll check.

I just checked, RATS threads do appear on the list.
