The Planchette meandered across the board til suddenly circling in energetic gyrations flipping over and spelling ‘’STOP.’’

Jerking their hands away in jaw dropping shock. they stammered ''Wow'' touching the indicator once more preparing to ask ‘’stop what’’ when it jumped from beneath their fingers flying across the room and smashing against the wall.

Not taking the hint, the retrieved it and tried again, this time firmly holding their fingers on the indicator while asking ‘’stop what?

The reply came quickly. '' STOP WHAT? STOP BREATHING YOU CHILDISH FOOLS’’

Clutching their throats they choked, all color draining from their faces.
