Pretty gruesome as you might imagine and while 2000 miles apart the timing might not be so accidental. I think people being taken off the board in such a fashion is pretty cold Mafia tactics but I guess that is what we should expect.

In other words, if multi-billionaires are not safe (because they are on the "inside" of the world's real power structure),

Who is?


And Why?

I could definitely see this as a sanction directed by the Kremlin, definitely think a marital spat isn't likely for both families. Saw this elsewhere, perhaps there was a failed uprising and these 2 were party to it.

The Russian oligarch's deaths are interesting, taking out the whole family, is more of a Mexican Cartel thing, The Mafia would take the man out and look after the woman and kids. This is a warning to all those that if they don't toe the line they will kill not only you but your nearest and dearest. So there might be some problems in big money land that need an example.?

Day after they were found dead they had those 2 big fires around Moscow, a chemical plant and a research facility.

Not saying its linked but its awful convenient timing for all 4 things to occur in about a 48 hour span.

The article gives their names:
Sergey Protosenya and Vladislav Avayev.

Protosenya was former deputy chairman of Russian gas giant Novatek.

Avayev was an ex Kremlin official and Vice President of Gazprombank.

My guess is Putin made an example out of these two AND THEIR FAMILIES to keep the rest in line.

And they do more of it, as they get more paranoid about the people around them. Wondering who's thinking of betraying them.

Putin made a mistake going into Ukraine and his ego won't allow him to admit he's made that mistake, so he'll double and triple down on it.

And more people will die.

And, yet the oligarch and Moscow ex-mayor's wife who gave millions to Hunter and 'The Big Guy' are still exempted from US financial sanctions.

It's interesting...and worth noting...that neither of these two dead oligarchs were on the sanctions list either.

Obviously, the Kremlin is definitely the #1 suspect, don't believe Ukraine has the ability to put the touch on someone so effectively. That is without help, but who else CIA, CCP Mossad Russian Mafia? This wasn't likely independent or unrelated.

Who has the sophistication and motive to pull this off? Have a hard time believing Russian Oligarchs don't have some kind of security guards? and cameras where we would know exactly what happened?

The Kremlin likely has the motive, I have a hard time believing our intelligence, the US, and NATO didn't know this was a possibility. Our intelligence went from we know Putin's every move to now, well we didn't see that coming?

Somebody somewhere talked, perhaps Russia got a hold of some Ukrainian, did we see where some Belgrade diplomat was kidnapped in Ukraine? Some serious clandestine stuff is going on behind the scenes, do not discount Russian Mafia involvement in some form or another in conjunction with the Kremlin or in opposition to the Kremlin. It sounds so suspicious, any serious CT can come up with scenarios from a number of sources on all sides of the conflict.

I can see Mossad, just because it sounds like the sneaky crap Mossad had done before. Can't eliminate just competition among the wealthy and influential Russians, one rival takes out 2 birds with one stone, by mentioning to Putin these 2 were conspiring with the Ukrainians, you know like espionage, during wartime. Hell I could see the CIA planting stories just to stir the pot
