Whats your theme song for 2022?

I have been trying to think of a song fitting of this year so far. After much consideration it has to be this track made by British Artist Mike Oldfield from the flip side of the album Tubular Bells (The main theme off this album was used for the soundtrack of the Exorcist). It's weird, chaotic and unintelligable. In other words, perfect. There is a pretty funny story about this music. It seems his record producer, Richard Branson (yes, THAT Richard Branson) was growing impatient with Oldfield finishing the album, and also was insistant on a track with lyrics he could release as a single (the entire album is instrumental). This enraged Oldfield, who reportably said "Lyrics? I'll give him lyrics!!!" He then proceeded to down half a bottle of whisky, marched to the studio, and produced this wonderful tune. Its also said that he lost his voice for 2 weeks after making this. Anyway, it was one of my favorite albums in my early teens and I wanted to share it with you all. Enjoy!!

My theme song is the same one it's been for at least 10 years. The tune that plays, unprompted and usually unwanted, in my head when I am doing pretty much any intensive physical or mental task.

It sucks, but it is what it is.

So, my theme song would have to be the opening musical theme for The Muppet Show.

I'm closer to 50 than 40, and this is the stuff my brain insists on looping for it's own amusement.

And just replace the word turtle with badger and then replace the word ninja with Brandon 😃
