The US/NATO already did in Serbia belgreade and Iraq. In Serbia the US/NATO did it for 70 days with the use of uranium shilling.

They did no indiscriminate city bombing

They did and majority of the targets were Civilians and Civilian infrastructure was completely damaged or destroyed took a long time for recovery.

I could post you many videos from the days in Iraq and Serbia as a challenge.

russia does not 'control the skies in Ukraine', russia is mostly launching cruise missiles from inside russia, and now from inside belarus because russia was losing so many planes.

Even many of the russian cruise missiles are getting shot down now.
