Putin and Macron agree to urgent summit at the highest level apparently without the US

Note how there is no mention of the US or Biden:

Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron have agreed to try to secure a ceasefire in the Donbas, in eastern Ukraine, and to put together an urgent summit at the highest level on the future of Ukraine, the Élysée Palace said in a statement.

The French foreign minister, Jean Yves Le Drian, will meet with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, in the coming days to work on a possible summit at the highest level with Russia, Ukraine and allies.
The Kremlin suggested the meeting would be held in the Normandy format, meaning the participants will be Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany.

The UK and The US are intentionally trying to start a war with Russia.

The UK is a has-been.

The US of A is joining it.

Both are almost irrelevant, especially as to leadership. Why the hell would Putin, or any other world leader, want to include Biden??? Trump would have been invited.

Maybe Putin fears that Biden will offer him a free crack pipe.

Was just reading this looks like Biden doesn't get his war after all his hype .The fact america isn't in the talks is just a slap in Bidens face wonder if he will still try and take credit for any de-exaltation .

The fact that Macron and Putin are acting like the adults in the room is even more remarkable considering that France just got unceremoniously kicked out of Mali by Russian mercenaries Wagner Group. Something very interesting is happening in geopolitics.

France is just getting a head start on surrendering...

In other news, Macron has given Russia significant parts of northern France, while free France migrates south to its new capital Vichy and its surrounding areas

Neither the UK nor US were invited to this meeting, at the direction of Russia. If there is anything intentional about those two countries not participating, it is on the part of Russia.

But seriously, Beijing Joe is a joke in his home country. A couple of years ago the US was recognized as holding a position of leadership in the world and world probably have been asked to participate. Now? Who wants a senile old dementia patient who is destroying his own country to have anything to do trying to fix others.

Clearly it is intentional. And it is intentional because the US president and the current US administration are all dufuses and can't be trusted on any level.

Attention was drawn to the modern weapons and ammunition being sent to Ukraine by NATO member countries, which is encouraging Kiev to pursue a military solution to the Donbass problem. As a result, civilians in the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics are suffering and being forced to leave for Russia to save themselves from intensifying attacks.

It was emphasised once again that Kiev is only imitating a negotiating process and continuous to refuse to implement the Minsk agreements, as well as the agreements reached as part of the Normandy format. Considering the current state of affairs, the two presidents found it expedient to step up the search for a diplomatic solution between the foreign ministers and political advisors to the leaders of the Normandy format countries. These meetings are to help restore the ceasefire and ensure progress in settling the conflict around Donbass.

Considering the above factors, Vladimir Putin once again emphasised the need for the US and NATO to take Russia’s demands to ensure its security guarantees as seriously as possible and to respond specifically and to the point.

The two leaders agreed to maintain contact at various levels.
