Covid 3rd leading cause of death in the US

Now two years in a row that COVID is the 3rd leading cause of death. Hopefully with with Omicron and beyond it will mutate to a less lethal version and we can put this behind us.

Despite what many believe, being vaccinated greatly reduces ones chances of serious complications and death from COVID. They are not perfect but they do help.

More than 3 million deaths were recorded in the US in 2020 – an increase of 500,000 from 2019. The coronavirus was directly responsible for more than 350,000 lives lost there in 2020, according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“At this point in the pandemic, it’s clear that these numbers are pretty accurate,” says Steven Woolf at Virginia Commonwealth University. This is the largest increase in deaths in the US since the second world war, he says.

This should also put to the rest the notion that the overall death rate has not increased with COVID, a viewpoint that many have tried to push when confonted with the large number of COVID deaths.

Currently in the US, about 2.5 per 1,000 have died from COVID.

In the UK the statistics are quite shocking for healthy people under the age of 60....350, shocked ?

You can imagine how un-concerned people would be about Covid-19, if the people who make money from everything associated with the disease, were not fanning so much fear.

Total deaths had reached a low a few years prior and was projected to increase through 2030 or so by both the WHO and domestic agencies, prior to COVID, because of an aging population I'd assume. I'm not sure why that's left out of every discussion of total deaths. Oh wait, yes I do.

The 825k is also including people that died with COVID, not just from COVID. Correct?

If we add those two factors it makes it seem like much less compelling evidence that it might appear at face value.

Read the last paragraph and let's think of the health issues brought on by a depression, we are nowhere near as tough, resilient, or self-reliant as our grandparents were, it is going to get worse, does anybody have faith in our leaders to actually lead us collectively out of this mess?

I do, since I know one dead( not vax confimed yet), one heart attack and one confirmed myocarditis case and 2 serious nurological issue cases currently. After the shots, not the flu.

No worries.

Since the Covid drugs are so safe and effective, the only people dying of Covid are those deplorable types who think that their Right to Choose trumps the Government's right to force drugs into them.

The sooner the un-drugged scum are eliminated, the sooner America can achieve the glorious utopia where no one questions the drugs they are told to take.

Once again, if someone tested positive for covid they were listed as having died FROM covid, even if it was a heart attack, car accident, drug overdose, bullet to the head, suicide, or any number of direct causes.

There's a big difference between dying WITH covid and dying FROM covid. You have to be interested in facts and the truth to be able to tell if you're being played for a fool.

you would uninstall it
demand your money back
and file a class action lawsuit

94% of the people that supposedly died from Covid had an average of over 2 other major underlying health issues. So I’d reduce those numbers significantly. But I get it everyone needs their political virus so they can restrict peoples freedom.
