Cyber Ninjas, company that led Arizona GOP election 'audit,' is shutting down

Arizona election officials this week released a report rebutting almost every claim by Cyber Ninjas in its ballot review.

Cyber Ninjas, the company that led a partisan review of 2020 ballots in Arizona, is closing down following a scathing report by election officials and the threat of $50,000 a day in fines.

"Cyber Ninjas is shutting down. All employees have been let go," Rod Thomson, the company's representative, said in a text message Thursday evening.

The Florida-based company, founded in 2013, has less than a dozen employees, according to its LinkedIn page

Arizona election officials have REJECTED every claim made by Cyber Ninjas.
Like we all knew. They simply did not understand the data they were supposed to analyze and just gave AZ senators what they paid for.

Confusion.

Doubt.

Mistrust in the system.

Now they reap what they sewed.

What a totally surprising outcome. If there was a Darwin Award for running a business this bozo would get it.

A judge in AZ has issued a fine of 50K per diem until they turn over documentation regarding their ahem "audit". The claim now is " Well we don't have any employees so we can't get that documentation for ya. Sorry. "
Apparently they never heard of temp services.

When cheaters are accused, they always come out saying "I never did that!" "That never happened!" "There was no fraud!"
"WE didn't cheat!"

Obviously the "election officials" AKA cheaters, are going to "Refute" all the accusations of election fraud.

But everyone knows there was a lot of fraud that night and after. There is no escaping it, except for them saying loudly and DAILY even to this day, "There was no fraud!"

There was.

ONLY the election 'figures' that were identified as cheaters by the audit rejected the audit's results.

Did anyone expect them to suddenly confess?

Absurd.

Feel free to keep trying though, you might eventually stumble into an honest claim someday.

Thankfully, there are ACTIONS being taken to reduce the chances for election fraud to occur in Arizona again this year.

Maybe the source for this information is the Jan 6th committee? Oh well, the important thing is that President Trump and Arizona AG Mark Brnovich seem to be on the "same page".

They had several communications in December 2020 after the Democrat's steal for Biden and, as we know, they met last month when Trump was in Arizona for a rally.

2.22.2022

It's difficult to discern if Arizona AG Mark Brnovich is determined to ascertain if the thousands of illegal votes in Arizona were due to "mistakes" or intentional cheating.

It's his job to do so, but he's not showing his hand.

Last month, former President Trump was cautiously confident Brnovich was doing the right thing. (They talked while Trump was in Arizona.)

But this month we see him "hanging out" with people his office is supposed to have prosecuted for defying subpoenas.

My understanding (not confirmed), is that democrats are using a loophole in a law that doesn't specifically allow the AG to charge certain people for felonies, even though the AG has the evidence to convict on those felonies.

That the AZ Legislature is right now attempting to plug that loophole (democrats are attempting to prevent it bamn, with heavy assistance from biden whitehouse).

And that the felony charges will come immediately after it's signed by the governor.

See AZ Legislature site for progress on this in both houses.

Just to be clear, this is not an issue of whether the crimes were committed, or can be proven, this is an al gore 'no controlling legal authority' problem because NOBODY ever considered the possibility of a sec of state stealing a statewide 'federal' election, so lawmakers didn't specify who would be authorized to charge the sec of state in such a situation.

THANK YOU for providing so much insight into what's happening RIGHT NOW in Arizona.

I'd feel better if Governor Ducey wasn't on the "Friends of China" list that former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo cited, when chiding certain governors in early 2020.

Agreed.

I suspect a veto override may be necessary in this case.

We have the numbers in the Senate to do this, so ducey can go ccp himself.

The challenge is getting passed in the house.

That's beautiful! Now I'll go to bed wondering which state will switch 2020 results from Biden to Trump first. (AZ-GA-PA-WI?) Goodnight and thanks again, PG4U.

2 years later and absolutely nothing has happened.

Multiple states launched investigations. Texas had its lawsuit thrown out of the SCOTUS. There should be lynch mobs in the streets.

Instead the sheeple go baaaaa.

BaaaaAAAA!

And nothing changes.

There will be even more fraud in the next election because now the democrats know they can get away with it. The republicans will act like ostriches and stick their heads in the sand.

The mental gymnastics that'll you use to explain how this works will be amazing.

If you even bother, which you probably won't, since it's bull****.

Arizona Attorney General Interim Report Published

AG Brnovich issues an interim report (12 pages) on his office's investigation into 2020 Arizona election integrity.

A report that says NOTHING WE DIDN'T ALREADY KNOW.

A report so vague, every outlet can spin the report to say what they want it to say.

Two Examples...

From NBC: www.nbcnews.com...

From KTAR Arizona: ktar.com...

Brnovich promises to provide a full report before the mid-terms, but that is too late to effect any changes. That report needs to be delivered THIS SPRING.

Because Republican Mark Brnovich is running to replace Democrat MARK KELLY as U.S. Senator from Arizona, he's trying to please Democrats, while not making Republicans too angry. (Trying to serve "two masters".)

Brnovich's Senator Candidacy: www.nbcnews.com...

Maybe if it looked like he would certainly lose, or certainly win, Brnovich would quit walking this tightrope.

The AG only has thr authority to do things that were specified in AZ law, this particular authority was just given recently.

The Attorney General has the authority to prosecute any crimes. I give you a shabby 5.6 for your mental gymnastics floor routine, you couldn't even stick the landing.

Jovan Hutton Pulitzer has been using Rumble to post videos successfully, and I have been getting the released kinematic artifact reports by following him on FB.
Here's a recent video interview with him:

rumble.com...

Here are some highlights:

1. Jovan says that multiple felonies were handed to the AG on a silver platter.

2. Many people in Maricopa were behind keeping information from the public.

3. The election manipulation was highly involved, including the tracking of votes in real-time and the carefully calculated backfilling of ballot boxes.

4. He claims to have evidence that these election crimes were carried out in a way in which those involved were trying to cover their butts.

5. Evidence of numbers 3 and 4, would be the 52 ballot boxes that still had tamper proof tape on them and we're found to be pristine. He claims that the SOS had these set aside for a limited audit. He say that the count of those ballots would have shown that Biden just barely won. How convenient. He seems to think that they knew the contents of those sealed boxes ahead of time. I hope he has additional evidence to prove it.

6. Runbeck placed a peculiar order for mailing ballot macines early into the pandemic. It was the largest order in history. He wonders what they knew.

7. I can't get over the fact that after how much money was paid to this huge printing company, not one piece of ballot secure paper was found. Additionally, it appears that there were multiple issues with the printing itself. Jovan seems to think that this was intentional, basically planned ahead of time, as a cover your butt thing. "Oh, it wasn't our fault. It was poor quality paper and bad printers that caused those issues" kinda thing.

8. Jovan doesn't think the AG is doing his job. He feels that he is playing politician, instead of being the head law enforcer for the state. AG Brnovich, stop chucking around!

9. The interviewer mentioned that the current AG said that the new AG would have all the tools in place to deal with this. They think he's going to punt this investigation. Maybe he has no other choice, since the BOS is still taking their sweet time handing over subpoenaed records, which will very likely require additional investigation.
