This is madness from a supposed institution of higher learning. A student taking only virtual classes has been banned from Rutger University for being unvaccinated. The student in question lives 70 miles from the Rutgers Campus and has no intention of stepping foot on the campus, but because ‘science’ he is banned from attending classes for the ‘crime’ of being unvaccinated. Even if this issue is resolved it will take up to a month and the student will miss enough classes that he will miss the entire semester.

This reply isn't technically about politics, but it is about human nature.

Wait 2 years and see where you are in your life.

They won't "win" anything but pockets of high population areas that they won't be able to feed.

Don't be in those places and you will be more than just fine.

Oh? Rutgers, you say? Now how very interesting, I participate in academic studies via an academic survey site specializing in them, Rutgers frequently has studies running.

I'll be damn sure to convey a piece of my mind the next time they peddle a covid study my way.

Edit: BTW, if anyone's interested., the site's called Prolific, out of England.

Do you watch college football? Stadiums full of people, no masks.

Some of them chanting things I will not repeat online out of respect for my country.

We are in for some interesting times, no matter which way we go from here.

I see it differently. We've entered into a new reality. This one is doomed. Well, they all were, but this one with a frantic pace.

I hope I'm not even here in 2 years. to be honest.

Old enough, sick enough, tired... can't deal with much more.

I really wish I could say I was surprised...

I'm not. All you can do is shake your damned head, and move on. Stupid of this magnitude is untreatable with our current scientific knowledge.

I have a cousin who graduated from Rutgers law school. She gets Chicago murderers under age 18 off-the-hook in her spare time. "The little guys are victims of a broken home. It's not their fault killing someone is normal behavior in their mind", Diane used to say.

Growing up, Diane saw them as scum gangster teenagers, like I do. But Rutgers did something to her mind!

I guess they should’ve thought ahead and gotten that new Norton/McAfee Ronavirus 360 vaccine. 😒

It’s our fault really. We didn’t stomp out the idiocy at first blush so here we are. We’ve reached the Omega variant of stupidity in record time.
