I've always thought it's poor form to speak ill of the dead, so I have nothing to say about this.

But...

In ninth grade US History I learned who Kissinger was.

Fabricated the pretense of the Iraq war and then had the absolute audacity, along with Bush and Cheney, to completely ignore the Geneva Conventions. From memory, I'm sure someone can correct me, but even at the time within political circles they were known, along with Wolfowitz, as the 'psychos' or something like that.
