IMost of you are too young to appreciate this gem of comedy genius. Made in 1988. It's a classic.

If you want to watch a comedy mocking Americans and British, then this is the film.

It's one of my most favorite films.

It is a classic for sure!! The upside down apology scene is a riot! I love when Otto (Kevin Klein) gets pissed at Archie and calls him like 30 names. It's at about the 20 second mark.

For those who haven't seen the movie, don't worry. Not a spoiler.

When John Cleese says, (in a southern accent) "Boy they whipped your ass real good!"

Nice fish, Ken. You know what Nietzsche said about animals? "They were God's second blunder."

Anything with Cleese is worth watching.

And this flick is so freaking hilarious, but I was pissed at what happened to Wanda.

“Your the vulgarian, you F#k!”

Love that movie. It’s in the era of my favorites The Princess Bride, A Fish Called Wanda, and Nick Cages only good movie, Raising Arizona.

“Ew, don’t eat the green ones, they’re not ripe yet. ha..ha...ha...”

I see it's gonna be on my TV in a few days, so alright I'll check it out.

I remember seeing this movie on plenty of times, but I'm pretty sure I've never actually watched it.

Seeing the name Otto reminds me; in the 60's radio satire "I'm sorry, I'll read that again", John was always announced as "John Otto Cleese". Thus;

Wiki tells me that his real middle name is Marwood. But that radio whim suggests the possibility that the name "Otto" was being revived at his suggestion (perhaps being a German name made it inherently humorous).
