If you want to know what it will really look like, check out California's high speed rail project that never gets done and will be pretty well useless when it is done. Or there is that tunnel project on the East coast that also never gets completed.

Both are endless sucking black holes for tax dollars and that's all they exist to do.

Who said he didn't? He had an infrastructure initiative, but Congress did NOTHING during his tenure except investigate him for having two scoops of ice cream and other possibly treasonous activities, and that was by design of people in both parties.

So...wait...this is about America funding roads in other countries...not America...

As others have mentioned, when contracts are awarded to Pelosi's husband and similar political chosen, those projects never get done and they just suck in money to fuel the corrupt political machine.
