Mike Ruppert publicly names Cheney as the chief 911 traitor

In a speech to the Commonwealth Club of California, Mike Ruppert accuses Cheney of being the person in control of the terrorist attack on 9/11. Attached find a link to the exerpt of the text of the speech in which he names Cheney as the guy in control of operations for 9/11. In his speech he goes into the conflicts of interest at the 9/11 Commission, the hijacking exercises and war games that were taking place on 9/11 and the relationship of the Iraq war to Peak Oil.

Mike Ruppert keeps saying i want to prosecute Vice President Cheney for 9/11 attacks but he didnt provide the evidence that Cheney executed the 9/11 attacks along with other conspirators.

9/11 Was suspicios BUT the CIA has had many a chance to harm the US before and under less scrutiny.
