I've been asking why a higher court would be open to taking a case that has already concluded. I've yet to find an answer.

There'll be different terminology but I can't imagine the process is much different. In the UK you can appeal to have a case looked at again, a case can be referred to a higher court. I'm not seeing the logic behind taking a lost case to a higher court.

Civil courts maybe? but they hold little authority.

Things may look bleak, and honestly, I don't know if the Trump team can pull this off either...but lets not forget the election of 2000 in which both sides lost and won court cases before it was eventually decided that Florida was screwing up so bad that the SCOTUS put a halt to the whole mess. Also, lets not forget the election of 1876 in which there were 3 states in dispute. Hayes didn't emerge victorious overnight. In the end, it took both congress and the senate to finally settle the matter.

This isn't over yet. When it is, we accept it and move on, but until all legal options have been exhausted, Trump has a chance of turning this around.

For those confused, in america , you can appeal to a higher court. The highest is the supreme court, can't appeal higher than that. There are a bunch of reasons why, but I want some of you to hold on to the fact "all the cases are being thrown out!" as some kind of prize. ..hint...IT'S NOT

Pennsylvania has been ordered by a judge to halt certification, which is unprecedented in this country's history.

The Pennsylvania legislature is now in the process of revoking the secretary of states authority to appoint electors. This does NOT necessarily mean PA will appoint Trump electors. It means they are halting the appointment of electors until they are satisfied with the results of the election, possibly after a full audit.

But isn't that based on an actual judgement?, if a case is not even tried, it's just tossed out, due to lack of evidence. I could be wrong, but thats how it looks.

Take a look at how Pennsylvania scrubbed the state's website 3 days ago.
