Can we finally stop using certain words wrong?

Every since Trump was elected, there has been a Social Issue of people misusing the word "Misogyny". Now, before you get all indignant, you've been using the word wrong to describe Trump.

The words you should have been using were: "Lechery" and "Misanthropy ".

"Misogyny" is whole other thing. They are close, but Trump doesn't hate Women - he likes them too much. He hates Veterans, people with Medical problems, Democrats, etc...

Make sure you teach your kids the right way.

But since we're on the subject, you should also look up the definition of "Misandry". People have completely forgotten what that means.

While we're at it can we stop with the misuse of words like "Fascist", "Nazi", "Racist", "Dictator", "Democracy" and "Tyrant".

I haven't heard many of those words used in the correct context since my history lessons at school, 25 years ago.

I totaly agree. Words and phrases need to be used correctly.

Sample list to be checked for proper use.

Nazi
racist
race
riot
demonstration
fascist
white supremacist
illegal
unlawful
hate crime
immigrant

The list is getting too long but many more words have been used improperly with increasing frequently in the past few years.

He hates puppies. Baby Seals. Leprechauns. He hates kittens and newborn babies.

He hates "The Noid". He hates Hamburgler. HE HATES BARNEY!

...but... truth be told... he's never hated anyone. He tried to make things better, and they hated him for it... what does that tell you?

They hated seeing him make things better, and they are making the rest of us pay for it.

I'm certainly no literary genius, but one word I've noticed that's frequently used erroneously is 'ignorant', when they really mean 'arrogant'.

Oh, and the phrase goes 'I couldn't care less', not 'I could care less', lol

Could we get 'bombshell' added to the list, por favor?

The left relies on re-defining words in ways that shift power. If a word that has been in common use for decades suddenly becomes taboo, those who stand behind the shift in meaning now hold power over anyone using the "bad word" in its old everyday sense -- it can even cost them their jobs. No, they're using it "right", you just have to think differently, more like a modern sjw. You have to look at anything, no matter how miniscule, to label someone an istaphobe. Trump said something about grabbing kitties, so he's automatically a misogynist, which means it's ok to hate him for life. I loved watching the show Xena growing up, so I probably am, too.

You have to warp your thinking to synch with modern cancel culture, then it'll make more sense.
