So, it appears Biden will be winning by 72 electoral votes. As I predicted, that’s not even a close election, though it may have seemed so due to the process. Now, for my next prediction, Biden will choose not a single progressive for his cabinet. In fact, I expect it will be staffed with several republicans, such as John kasich who almost beat trump last election, and will likely go on to beat Harris in the next election if he is in the cabinet. Also likely are jeff flake, Charles baker, and Charlie dent, folks who voted along with trump on 90% of issues. Strange that.

So, point being, democrats, sorry, but don’t expect Biden to do anything remotely progressive....which shouldn’t be a huge surprise after 43 years of conservative, corporatist behavior 100% of the time.

And republicans, sorry, but you won’t be seeing the “socialist apocalypse “ you’ve all been doom porning for, just more of the same, largely trumpite, neoliberal Republican policies, which you will likely be tricked into calling commie pinko policies...... until your guys are doing them again.

As to the future....
My expectations are that no matter who won, we will be facing calamity. The next four years holds millions of foreclosures, bankruptcy, and evictions. This is not a lockdown or covid issue, no other nations are facing the unemployment, foreclosure or bankruptcy issues we are. It’s due to trumps policies, or lack thereof. But there’s also the subprime market collapse that is rapidly approaching, and which hasn’t been addressed or even mentioned by trump, the republicans or democrats, or Biden for that matter. Expect the 08 crisis again. Then there’s the massive debt overhang that had almost all us corporations on the line of insolvency even before covid, also not mentioned or addressed by the above. Expect the collapse of the US dollar, and at least 5% annual inflation for years into the foreseeable future, which the fed has stated it is now aiming for.

All these things predate trump in their making, are imminent and disastrous, and are studiously ignored by democrats and republicans alike, just as the 08 crisis was.

In response I expect the us will flail around with micro aggressions and wars, as it tries to hold on to its crumbling empire in the way all crumbling empires have, along with reduced freedoms and increased authoritarianism. Which will come at the same time as drastically increasing unrest from the masses about to be unhoused, bankrupt, and hopeless. As we’ve seen, the more free time Americans have, coupled with the less they have to lose equals civil unrest and mayhem.

I agree with a lot of what you've said. If you've seen my past predictions, I've been spot on.

I don't think this is necessarily do to Biden or Trump, but more the cyclical things in nature.
Look back to the 1920's, the 1930's. They will show us where we are going. Sometimes it's off a little bit,
ten years or so but if you study the past the cycles are pretty clear.

Yes I do believe another great depression is coming. All the basics are getting out of reach for the average American.
Food, Shelter, clothing. The more people that can accept this now and prepare will be better off in the near future.
I happen to love reading about the great depression. Yes there are a lot of sad stories, but there are also so many stories of how people survived. I like reading those because that's is what we will need to do to survive... like growing your own food!

The Brothers Grimm couldn’t have written a better fairy tale than you just did.
You should get it published.

LOL he's not gonna staff republicans and he is gonna pander to the progressives. Stop lying but I appreciate your optimism.

If he wants to get anything done at all he has to pander to the far left

Too bad they didn't live in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia.

I wish we had more Hispanics here in Wisconsin, maybe we could get some decent Hispanic joints.

No joke my first week here I went to get some tacos. Most disgusting thing I've ever tasted.
It was pot roast put into a bland shell, ZERO seasoning! People here loved them!

Even though Biden may have won, I disagree with your statement that it wasn't a close election.

You are only looking at the electoral college numbers.

If you read deeper into the numbers, you will see that there were many battleground states that Biden had won at around 49 percent of the vote to Trumps 48 percent.

So yes, Biden did win what he won but not by a comfortable margin.

Landslides don't take 4 days.

You need more of every ethnicity there.

I'm sorry, but in all my travels to 49 of the 50 states I found the food in Wisconsin to be the worst by far.

How would Trump have Jesus on his side what with that rich man camel needle heaven story.

Trump may not have Jesus on his side but it looks like he will recruit some angels from Africa.

Don't even get me started on Asian food, let's just say it's non existent here.

There is decent food, but it is hard to find. There are hidden gems but they are usually small and take forever to get
a reservation. Sadly I'm sure Covid has bankrupted some of them as they are not the togo type of places.

The thing is there are ethnic groups here, but they can't make authentic food because it doesn't suit the local bland palate.

Joe's first couple years will have to be devoted to rebuilding the Executive Branch. The State Dept. alone has been completely stripped of decades of experience and expertise, with so many diplomatic posts left unfilled and odd cronies jammed into critical positions in a manner that suggests that Trump and his cabal wrecked the place on purpose.

Putin will have to be aggressively "addressed" for what he and his crime syndicate have repeatedly done to cripple our society's ability to continue as a cohesive whole.

Twitter will likely lose its influence on US politics and policy formulation.

Trump will most likely find himself very busy with quite a number of financial and legal challenges . . . well . . . that is if whomever he owes that half-billion dollars to allows him to live.

Q will most likely return to its traditional role as the least used letter in the alphabet.
