Daylight UFO over Italy

I thought this one was interesting. Sorry if it's a re post..Odd shape, erratic behavior. I could see a drone moving like that but the shape of it makes me wonder..

could you hide the rotar blades of a drone underneath that thing? Does a balloon fly around like that?

The movements are similar to a kites movement, Odd shape for a kite though. Either way you may very well be right

Looks like a baaaalloon caught in multiple updrafts from the buildings.

someone let some string out there at the start maybe idk....

Looks like it has four rotor pods and apparently no solid bottom.
