There are still agencies looking at mortality statistics and other quite definite indicators.

Crime rates drop when crimes aren’t reported/recorded.

Zones 3: 4 and 6 have had officers pull in and turn in their keys to their cruisers. Atlanta has called upon neighboring districts help and are being refused.

It is a think and not just a Tweet...wish the Mayor and DA luck holding their jobs for much longer.

So Chro, you are saying that less crimes are committed when there are no police? But and obviously there are less official people to take calls about crimes being reported? Most people are not able to report crimes to the police because there are no police able to take the reports of crimes

Who records crimes if not the police?
