I've heard stories on the other end. People walking in with every symptom like a checklist to the hospital. They get turned away and told to go home because of no test kits or whatever. They die, and it isn't counted against the death toll because they were never tested (much less positive), so its unrelated and doesn't inflate the numbers.
I would venture to say that is far more prominent given there aren't enough tests for one state, much less all 50.
I would really like some honest and real journalism and investigative work, but it seems that dies along time ago..
