They have been shopping this case around to grand juries and they all say "Where's the meat?" and refuse to indict.

Aren't you all tired of getting blue balls? No convictions are ever going to happen. Not to McCabe, Comey, etc. They may have stretched things to get what they want, but these days that is the rule and not the exception. I would actually look forward to any prosecution as it means the facts behind the dossier will get more daylight.

The "facts behind the dossier" are anonymous rumors sourced from internet chat rooms. But that's really beside the point.
McCabe lied to investigators. That's what he was fired for. He repeated those lies under oath before Congress, which is why he's been recommended for prosecution.

has been given to William Barr.

IF...IF they were still an ongoing investigation where McCabe might be involved THEN ABSOLUTELY they would charge him immediately...Like Flynn, Like Manafort, Rick Gates et al. THAT WAY they can apply pressure for cooperation and try and flip him to give up others involved.

SO...the EXACT OPPOSITE. If they had any reason to believe this went any further than him being less than clear in his answers, they would have indicted him right away and applied pressure while simultaneously continuing to investigate.

You mean in the investigations that are under investigation for wrongdoing? Flynn was not being investigated when he was charged. You don't charge someone and THEN investigate them for wrongdoing. That's not how it's done, when it IS done that way it's a sure sign something is wrong.

Yes, it does. Except it is you who is stupid.

On January 22, 2017, The Wall Street Journal reported that Flynn was under investigation by U.S. counterintelligence agents for his communications with Russian officials.

On November 5, 2017, NBC News reported that Robert Mueller had enough evidence for charges against Flynn

So they did not charge him and then conduct an investigation. They investigated him for 10 months, and when it concluded they decided if they had enough to charge him, and decided they did.

I repeat, you do not charge someone and then investigate someone to see if the charges make sense. You investigate and then charge. I have no idea why you think there is no way anyone would be investigated for a year and then be charged and that charges come fast while the investigation is finding out what happened.

I don't watch the media. ATS is literally my only source for politics, the only one, literally. I see through the sideshow that's happening in Washington and the media, you buy it hook, line and sinker. That's the biggest difference between us, I see past the propaganda whereas you and most of ATS (and watchers of CNN) gobble it up as if it's going out of style.

No one will go to jail and no one will be prosecuted, but the rich will continue to get richer and the MIC will continue arming terrorists to fund their bull# crusade in the Middle East. You and I hope for different things. I hope that what you call illusion will come true. I want to see justice served. I want to see criminals like hillary and her cohorts in jail. And I will never give up hope that justice will eventually be served. Without that hope, what is left? That doesn't make me partisan or whatever. It means I want to see justice served. I do not complain about any Trump team member who went to jail for something he did wrong. If it is genuine justice then let it be done. What I cant stand is high ranking government officials actively engaging in practices that threaten and endanger our nation and its people, weaken our government, and waste tax payer dollars walking around free.
