One star and not the usual 5+1, F-22 silhouette superimposed over two others. The middle looks unmanned and third manned. with some sort of orbital platform that kind of looks like a KH-11 but not quite?

The middle plane looks kind of like the Texas sighting a few years ago

A3 is a reference to Operations
HAF: HQ Air Force?
Pentagon shape is self explanatory
Thoughts

Probably a very small run of that patch. Dept. Chief of Staff (DCS), Headquarters Air Force (hence Pentagon), Operations, Plans and Requirements (A3).

Star might be an office location within the Pentagon footprint? Just a guess.

Someone else can always email or call Lt. Gen Mark Kelly's office and ask?

Nope. Probably nothing "hidden" in there either. High-profile job/office. People in the office will have them, a few extras for horsetrading and handing out to VIP visitors.

It seems to be just one more hint that the USAF is gay.

Do you see the HAF/A3 designation ?
That is Deputy Chief of Staff , Operations, Cyberspace.

It's Lt. Gen Mark Kelly is DCS HAF/A3. Operations, Plans and Requirements.

The USAF Cyber operations are the domain of the 24th Air Force, part of the joint UCC USCYBERCOM, which reports to Army General Nakasone, who reports directly to SecDef. 24th AF is nominally part of ACC which is the domain of Holmes, and does fall under A3. But cyber operations are one of many, many, many things routed through his office, but it is directed by a UCC.

The canard bearing craft reminds me of a ground to orbit classified spacecraft that I have seen drawings of from one of Michael Schratt's videos.
This is the first time I have seen the same shape since, and it's on an official patch. That by itself is interesting.

I thought this too. The bigger third craft with something like an x37-b underneath, with just its wing tips exposed.

You have to consider what might be in the USAF inventory (classified or not) relative to anything rumored to belong to a 3-letter agency.

Thought about it too

I wonder whether size of aircraft is correct between them... if all presented aircraft are in the same scale, then, wonder how big is the large bottom aircraft...

are military patches usually that sloppy looking? the points of the pentagon are all over the place.

Any thoughts on why an F-22/w curved vertical stabilizers and not a F-35?

Could the larger craft be demonstrating deployable canards instead of a 4th one being on the bottom?

The 5+1 is there still albeit not the stars.

Here's another version of the same patch... in a different color scheme.
