Oh I'm sure they could find legal grounds if they wanted to. Which is what tells me that (IMO) a lot of this stuff is just noise and has been staged like the good old days of pro wrestling with faces and heels. This is the only true distraction that the Dems will have from all of the future Inspector General reports that will be dropping over the next year regarding the Obama administration.

The Democrat Party has a real problem. They're split between young and old. On one side you have the "squad" and their socialist followers. On the other, the old farts trying to hang onto power hell bent on taking down Trump. Overall, there isn't anyone in charge it seems. How can they even think about putting up a good candidate for 2020 if the party itself is split? Poor old Nancy Pelosi has lost all control. Nadler is on a death spiral to nowhere. The Clintons are toast and Obama doesn't even want to associate with this bunch.

I think it is time for Trump to use the Nuclear Option.

Send in the Surgeon General with a group for a surprise drug and alcohol test in order to insure the public that they are not Legislating Under the Influence while simultaneously barring representatives from districts within Sanctuary Cities until such time as they follow Federal Law.

Panic, confusion and the almighty Reee will be the order of the day.

First you have to move to where freedom of choice is completely removed from all parts of life, well except which fruity flavor you want the abortion needle jammed into your womb to be. Except lime, that is for our special customers.

If the dems believe even half of the stuff the mainstream media and they have been saying, they need to impeach.
Otherwise they are just checkencrap political hacks themselves putting their political careers over the country's security. My guess is that they've stalled this long because they were unsure weather of not pence would be dragged down with him and giving the presidency to Pelosi would bring out all those crazy alt right gun owners who's fingers seem to be twitchy enough.
