BTW...Even the conservative pundits today (Sean Hannity for one) are confused about this Comey Report's origin. It was requested by FBI Director Christopher Wray in June 2018. It's a "spin-off" from the big June 2018 report on FBI handling of Clinton's crimes. (Comey was condemned by, but not prosecuted, after that report too.)

Not returning fbi material isn’t grey

Leaking to a friend to leak to the press isn’t grey

Every single other fbi employee asked in the ig report said it was absurd to claim these memos were not fbi property

All I am pointing out is that there would be a grey area between his right as an OCA about whether or not something was classified.

I believe he is on the hook for more serious violations...that's the only thing that makes any sense at this point.

I have no doubt he is on the hook for the first VISA violation...question is...how far will they push it?

DOJ continues to push a dangerous president with its indifference to violations in the handling classified and other government proprietary materials.

Because we have two different justice systems. It is not a question as to whether the DOJ believes crimes were committed, they have already stated as much.

This was deemed a lie and Flynn’s life was flipped upside down over it as he was charged with this

The irony is comeys lie to congress, when Susan Collins asked him who he released the memo to and he only said one person is a bigger more blatant lie than what Flynn told

Yet no prosecution of comey
