PEASE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE —
The situation at Pease Air National Guard Base was under control, officials said, some time after the base was placed in lockdown Tuesday after possible shots were heard.

The incident was being treated as an active shooter scenario, but no shooter had been confirmed, National Guard officials said.

All appears to be a false alarm. This was why Pence was recalled to the White House and the trip to NH cancelled.

Nothing to do with the Russian nuclear sub incident, it appears.

Fair point. But sometimes the obvious is the obvious.

Like some dudes going overboard and mentioning an "emergency EU meeting", when in fact, a new EU Commission President is just being sworn in - a preplanned event.

I know this is a conspiracy website, but sometimes some events aren't part of a grand conspiracy.
