"We know more about the surface of the Moon and about Mars than we do about [the deep sea floor], despite the fact that we have yet to extract a gram of food, a breath of oxygen or a drop of water from those bodies."

— Paul Snelgrove, Oceanographer

Lu Lamar, the underwater Director of Photography for OceanX and National Geographic, made an odd claim in a video clip that I just watched. The YouTube clip was posted by OceanX on June 15. In this short clip he states the following:

I think, in the ocean, I have come across potentially beings from another heavenly body that are more highly advanced than humans.

Lamar is a respected photographer with a lot of experience documenting oceanic wildlife in the deepest parts of our oceans. Check out his bio:

National Geographic Photographer.

Didn't take pictures of something he claims to have seen?

OK, where are the photos of those beings he allegedly saw?

Indeed.
He is a photographer, no?
Being down there working for NatGeo, taking photos would seem to be the sole reason that he is there.
But no pics.

The amount of ufo repots from msm outlets is huge. Are they being fed these reports? Are they instructed to ‘soften the public’ for the disclosure?
For me, I just hope President Trump takes up some time on all the msm and do a speech from the Oval Office and just get it over with. It MUST be disclosure-time soon!

Not disagreeing with you, but where are all the photos of the alien craft that thousands saw in Phoenix on March 13, 1997? From what I recall, there is only video footage of what looks like flares in the sky, however, hundreds of people claimed to have seen a silent craft "a mile wide" moving silently above their neighborhoods.

Many residents reported one triangle to be over a mile wide that drifted slowly over their houses blocking out the stars of the night sky. Other reports indicated the craft were spotted flying away from Phoenix as far away as Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California.

Any images he captured while on the clock for NatGeo could be proprietary and owned by NstGeo, not Lamar.

He take the pictures but they own them, and don't have to release a single damned thing. Do they.

Now it is NatGeo and if he has discovered something new, I promise you, they will release it in a special exclusively and probably make a new show out of it too.

If he wants to be able share his experience, he will need to use equipment not owned by others and go independent.

As it is, he is probably under a contract with terms of agreement and a limited form of none disclosure

Material and content being the product here.

I think they are just following the current trend.

It's a completely different situation.

In this case we are talking about a professional photographer, specialised in marine photos, that says that he saw some beings underwater. Do you expect a professional underwater photographer to be underwater without a camera?

I can't tell if he's speaking of "awe" and "wonder" and "who knows what's going on down there, could be anything - we don't know" or if he means he thinks he has actually encountered a something in particular "beyond" what would seem to us to possibly be Earthly - or at least fit within the "we're here along" worldview.

Yes, while on the clock for NatGeo, but we do not know when he saw those beings, so we cannot know if he was working for NatGeo, any other entity or just for himself, so we don't know if he was under any contract at that moment.

Come on guys clearly he isn't that good with a camera and rarely carries a camera with him in the oceans.

And the professional photographer didnt bother to take pictures.....lol

I'm not going to say hes lying but without evidence this might as well be a west Virginia hill jack claiming bigfoot took his wife.

I'm pretty sure we can rule out his randomly going under the ocean on his own dime, and it's more than likely his experience was while working.

So no, this is just another what if that has no merit.

He is the underwater Director of Photography for OceanX and National Geographic, it's very possible he may be able to afford renting the special equipment needed. But not own it, like NatGeo.

At this point every thing any of us have to say is speculation. We could what if it until the sun burns out and still never know.

Odds are, he found some things that are endangered, near extinct or just not very common and rare. Rare life forms like rare Earth metals, exist but are limited edition you know.

Personally, I lean towards ETIL (Extra terrestrial Intelligent life) being under Water or the Earth than floating around in space.

If they are EBEs (EBE don't necessarily mean intelligence) they could have been seeded here by ETIL. Who know if our planet is being used as a place for intelligent aliens to use as a sanctuary for their zoo animals or endangered species.

These what ifs are endless are hypothetical.

Fun food for thought, but provide nothing but entertainment seeing we have no evidence.

He said they look like giant stingrays... reminds me of the movie The Abyss. Maybe he watched that but forgot or something.
