ATS terms and conditions prevent me from giving my view on this woman. It seriously does. I would need to be in the Mud Pit.

Her demise from the political arena would be the only thing acceptable.

The left in DC are already tired of her as well, and Thalib and a few other new ones.........

Theyll probably get primaried and be out of the arena

So in America a corporation is a person and you're thrilled to point that out.? And you're calling who ridiculous?

No a corporation is not a person by all bloody logic and remedial common sense. A corporation is a made up word.

Use all the gymnastic you want,

You're all twisting her words to fit your outrage boiling and waiting for a "reason".

I stand corrected. A corporation is not a person. Use all the technicalities you require to keep you in your bubble.

Makes no sense . As im not talking about gun laws or anything like that.

You mentalists are just exercising faux outrage and making it seem like aoc was referring to the victims and people wishing prayers.

That's what the OP is exactly stating.

Aoc was rebuking the NRA , And If it's a person, can it vote or where is this nra person.

All you're all doing is pointing out your mental faculties more and more by relentlessly trying to "corner" me simply because of a simple truth that AOC was not indeed referring to victims or people wishing prayers but just the Nra organization.

I'm going to state it again, you can do all the mental gymnastic that pleases you, she @ the nra. No one in particular. So no she wasnt saying what the OP is pushing.

Pedophiles use the same technicalities techniques to maintain innocence... so do white supremacists and sociopaths.

In your world aoc was telling victims and people wishing prayers to not pray because it means nothing. ...
And you are the majority.. that's the scary part. Fanaticism shrouds all logic and silences the little voice....

Yup, but I haven't framed this as an anti Trump attack once. This guy was insane and wanted to see the world burn down.

He literally said he wanted a race war.

He sees how divisive Trump is and said he only brought him in to cause division in America.

So far his intentions are fruitful.

Oh right and I raise your crazy idea that corporation are "people" under the law, and raise you a 40lb sledgehammer and raise you the actual law...

No where theres any citizenship mention for corporations...

Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 558 U.S. 310 (2010), is a landmark U.S. constitutional law, campaign finance, and corporate law case dealing with regulation of political campaign spending by organizations. The United States Supreme Court held (5–4) on January 21, 2010, that the free speechclause of the First Amendment to the Constitution prohibits the government from restricting independent expenditures for communications by nonprofit corporations, for-profit corporations, labor unions, and other associations.[2][3]

Corporations can exercise free speech... but they're not people... fork me... I never thought I'd have to say this sentence to another human being.

All that just to go with the misinfo that AOC was referring to actual people involved and well-wishers???

ffs...

Mental.

Have we ever considered a mental check? That seems rather delusional.

Personhood doesn't require US citizenship, SCOTUS was clear on that when they ruled captured terrorists would receive Constitutional Rights if they were brought onto US soil: ergo GitMo.

As before, the law considers groups like the NRA to be a person. In fact, the ex-president... I forget his name but he was occupying the position between President Bush and President Trump, repeatedly complained about the SCOTUS ruling saying "the court ruled wrong, corporations are not people." Was he an ass as well, making up a grievance out of thin air, or was his complaint about the ruling based on the factual impact of said ruling.

By the way, that was a bag of ball peen hammers... I've got a wrecking ball waiting if this silliness continues.

aoc is a disgusting hag and should be called out for her callous insults on people reaching out to those who have lost.

The line is clearly drawn

The blue wave has been infiltrated by anti ameican enemies and are gutting the country from the inside.

It's low hanging fruit.

A dude says he uses Trump to cause a race war (f-ing lunatic) and people blame the right. That dude doesn't represent the right, he represents the clinically insane..

While the smart thing to do would be logical about this everyone goes apechit. People start blaming the right and white people...

And them on this very site you have people stop just short of celebrating him. You have people saying that the Muslims don't deserve the pity as much as Christians who die. We're not talking about terrorists killed in a combat operation, nope, civilian men women and children.

Well there are ideologues on both sides as you know, where such situations will trigger their dogmatic lens through which they view the world. That includes identarians on both sides.

Then there are also politicos and media outlets who knowingly pander to one side or the other invoking this tragedy. Blaming the right and white people is an aspect of that. So yes while it’s not entirely logical, who says such debates are rationale and well balanced anymore? I sure wish they were.

I’ve been watching the Netflix series Buddha. Truly inspiring. I just spent the last hour crying since Siddharth saw people who couldn’t afford to pay the Brahmins for chants of the last rites ... Siddharth a Cowboy Prince sacrificed his life of luxury to find truth and oppose the unfairness of the caste system. Today’s Democrats pretend they care about the people but they support policies which make everyone more poor. They have gotten great wealth in their congressional palaces while they support the sacking of the poor firbrheie own selfish gain, all the while blaming the wealthy( and white people). In fact the Democrats (and other elites) sit around proposing unrealistic agendas and socialist solutions and demand to collect 90% of our paychecks while they gain wealth from insider trading and exempt themselves from the very legislation they approve for the rest of us unworthy untouchables and “useless eaters”. I wonder if Cory Booker is really a vegan ....
